Greatly enjoying calling into this branch of Costa last week yet another opportunity to use my new Costa card! It's a long cafe with seats going all the way to the back. From the front windows there are lovely views of the old Tudor-fronted buildings which line some of Princess Street.
As in all Costa cafes, the teas and coffees are varied and very good. There are many snacks available including wraps, sandwiches, lovely big muffins and a welcome, ever-increasing range of gluten-free cakes. You can read one of the provided newspapers while you sip your coffee.
There's a useful car park at the back although I didn't find out about that until afterwards we parked in one of the town car parks. There's a well-looked-after disabled toilet too.
Friendly helpful staff as well, something I always notice and appreciate. The young man who served us on the 11th June couldn't have been nicer. read more
