Sylvester Thao was my Insurance Broker Agent and I was amazed with the continuous work he did to actually go over and beyond to get the best affordable policy fit for me and to accommodate my family financial needs that I could afford. Stupid, Just absolutely Stupid is all I can say about these Idiots ..The Broker in the Chico Office failed to send the application for the policy to the Underwriters, the Customer service office in Cypress, Ca said they would resolve the problem with the Underwriters, but did nothing, after 3 months of trying to deal with these retards I finally caled a different Broker and had new Insurance in an Hour, better coverage, lower premiums and most important a Agent that answers her phone!!! Cost-u-less is unethical, ignorant and rude, high fees, worse customer service I ever experienced. I will be filing a complaint with the State Insurance Commissioner....... read more

Both my parents passed away close together and I've had a difficult time settling their estate. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Ed and his team at Oroville Tax. They were able to pull my parents prior taxes and help me understand where I needed to go to get missing documents. I went with my brother to get insurance for him. He never had a license before until couple weeks ago. We check everywhere else in town and they all sounded very discouraging when we told them that my brother just recently got his license. Everyone make it seem like it's so expensive and the will be stuck with the rates for a long time. The branch manager Sia Lee and his employee Charlie Xiong at cost u less make us feel comfortable and explains every single options and programs they have available for us to choose from. They were able to apply some discounts and makes our rates affordable. I highly recommended them for your insurance needs. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. These guys totally go above and beyond to help you out. Super nice guys . Today I was at the bank across the street and my battery on my car when dead. It was 100 degrees out today and Mr. Lee was in the office and was so helpful to come out of the office and jump start my van. Office manager Sia Lee welcomed me back to his desk to help me out. Just needed to add another driver to policy but he took his time to look for cheaper rates and was able to find another company for cheaper.
