Ugh, I really, really don't like working with this company.
Here's why: 1) I have been placed under a 3 year contract. Apparently, this is normal in this industry; nevertheless, THEY SHOULD DISCLOSE THAT INFORMATION before the sale is final.
2) I have no copies of complete documentation and they refuse to give me any. I wonder if I could use that in court?
3) I'd like to cancel, but it's costly and they'd apparently rather have a pissed off customer on the hook rather than truly serve that client. How irritating.
4) They take forever to process and deposit money, which causes all sorts of problems (As I write this, I charged my clients on Monday, I still don't have money, it is Friday, yet they say they sent a deposit(via text) on Wednesday. Liars.) This week was because an apparent flag went up: I was primarily charging a single credit card for services. This is done because I was simply trying these guys out. When it became apparent that they were long in sending money, hard to work with and wouldn't stop service, I refused to add others to be processed here. Lucky I did or I wouldn't have any money this week, business-wise or personally!
In the beginning, it was a week long wait, too, but I was promised that there would be shorter deposit times soon. I am used to depositing next day (or even same day) but the quickest I've been processed here is 3 days.
5) True, they are less expensive than my other card processor, but the other is so much easier to deal with, is more feature rich (without charging extra) and I've never had the hangups like I do here that I wonder if the savings is even worth it.
6) Finally, their customer service department doesn't serve customers, just bothers us until we give in to whatever their decidedly boorish policies are.
And an unrequested sales call started it all off. I really don't like deceptive, law-breaking, contract binding companies that treat a customer like dirt. read more
