By the next morning, many of the lashes had fallen out. This is normal - for a FEW to fall out. Unfortunately, after following the instructions for cares, by one day later, almost all the lash extensions were gone. Our family owned and operated a salon at one time so we are well aware of the policies and the efforts that should be made when a customer has a legitimate concern. Some days later, I called on my granddaughter's behalf to speak to Taylor and inquire about a resolution. Taylor was not available the day of my call so a manager who also does lash extension spoke to me. She indicated she would have Taylor personally call my granddaughter and discuss options that would be a fair resolution to the matter. It's been many days. No one has called. My granddaughter is out $230.00 and has no wish to return to this salon. My granddaughter plans to work in the service industry some day - in the field of cosmetology and all the extended services. This experience taught her how not to treat her future customers.

    HORRIBLE. Do not go here!…read more I made the appointment yesterday, on the phone I explained I had been dying my hair box black for two years now. The lady said that they would probably have to do a bleach and then an all over color. She said it was doable to go a few shades lighter, which I understood. I was not expecting any sort of miracle. I understood it would be a long process. I made my appointment for 1:30. I checked in at 1. I then sat there while she cut her 1 o'clock clients hair. Instead of getting me at 1:30 she cut someone else's hair that was not even her clients. She was SO helpful to these clients but not to me. Before she got me, she tried setting up another appointment for after me. Told them to come back in 15 minutes so she could tell them when she could get them in. Finally at 1:50 (after I had been waiting for 50 minutes...) she finally came and got me. She asked what I wanted and I said I had told the lady on the day before that I wanted to get it lightened and get a cut. She looked at the clock for a minute and then told me she would not have time to do that as she had to get to her second job. (which I understand because I work two FULL time jobs myself) I then told her that I thought the appointment was going to start at 1:30 not 20 minutes late. She kept telling me the prices (sort of made it sound like she didnt think I could afford them) I am 23 years old, I am younger, but it does not mean that my money isn't worth the same as everyone elses. She made me feel like I was two inches tall by doing this. We finally decided on something that would work in the time frame and give me the results I wanted. She said she had to go mix the color. She decided to do a consultation on the girl behind me which took another 5-10 minutes (with out apologizing to me for wasting even more of my time) Then the phone rang and she had to answer it (mind you there is 4-5 other stylists here, one who wasnt even doing a thing that couldve answered it) she then told the pesron over the phone, I'm guessing was a coworker, that she had to do this "box black hair" and that it would take too long to explain it all. I then stood up and walked out without her saying a word, she was still on the phone. I was shaking I was so upset when I left, and by the time I got to my car I was in tears. Needless to say I spent an hour and fifteen minutes, got ZERO service, ZERO results. I would have left her a hefty tip as I'm aware of what she had to do was a lot of work. I was also willing to pay the prices, take the time to do this. I had been so excited to get my hair changed up. This was my only day off this month between both my jobs and she ruined it. I have never been so upset, or felt so little in a business before. If that is how you run your business regis, I'm surprised you are still open.

    Before the haircut I received at this establishment I was yet to receive a haircut I did not like…read more An older woman cut my hair and suggested we do layers because I am trying to grow out my natural color. What she failed to mention was that she does not know how to do layers. I have had layers plenty of times before. I am not exaggerating when I say that half of my hair she cut into a bob haircut just below my ears and the left the rest of my hair a little past my shoulders. Not to mention she randomly cut it the shortest on the sides of my head. I am not sure what she thought she was going to accomplish but it was far from anything good. I understand that the hair will grow back, however I felt that something needed to be said. I now have to go to a real salon to get this taken care of so I don't have to have my hair up all the time to hide this disaster.

False advertisement for hours. Did not feel welcoming even walking into the doors. Employee who made remark about getting out tried to play it off like a joke it was disrespectful I will never go to this location if any other locations I choose great clips cause I've had family work there and they have always been nice and respectful and will accept all the up too closing even if they had to stay a extra hour after due to having a customer in the chair..
