I had called numerous times to try to schedule a massage therapy appointment and it took a good…read moreweek for them to get back to me. When they did, I had missed their call and called them back within an hour. As I was talking with Spa 301 I had asked what their latest appointment would be during the day. So I was told that they would have to check with their Massage Therapist(s) to see how late they could take an appointment, and asked if it would be okay if they call me back, and I said sure. I called the next day, due to them not getting back to me, no answer, and I called again the next day and the next. I would love to give them a better rating if I could A) have the place get back to me when I leave a message in a timely fashion B) get through to schedule an appointment C) actually have a massage.

I had an appointment yesterday to have my hair cut with Ashley. I needed a fresh cut and style…read moreafter many winter months had taken their toll on my hair. I wanted to cut my hair a bit shorter, and Ashley took her time to not cut off too much at once and made sure I was still happy with the length. After a couple trims all around, I took almost 4 inches off. I'm so happy with how much lighter my hair feels, and the cut and layering looks great! Ashley also took time to put in some nice curls for style, and gave my make-up a touch-up at the end of our appointment. The salon is very clean and is in a great location downtown. I'm interested to go back next time to get a pedicure and manicure as well. Refreshments are offered at the beginning of appointments. The salon uses Davines products for hair care, which are all-natural and smell great. I purchased the Oi All In One Hair Milk that is great for heat protection and blow-drying. Would highly recommend this salon!
