Just don't, not even for a trim across the bottom that a 6-year old could do. Granted it's cheap but the "hairstylist" was rude and apparently angry I walked up and disrupted her phone texting. While getting 5-minute trim, I had to endure her cigarette fingers. read more

I was refused service at the salon because the manager on duty Mary Coomer did know how to put my certificate into the system. Her manager didn't respond to the message she left him. My certificate was from the silent auction to raise money for the local library. Customer service is lacking at this salon. I won't be going back. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! The stylist turned my hair orange instead of giving me blonde highlights, charged me almost $100 and refused to try and fix it and when I contacted corporate office they said they can not do anything because I went somewhere else and has it fixed. Of course I did, I could not go to work with orange hair!!! I had pictures of what it looked like before it was corrected by a real stylist. read more

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR HAIR DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS TRAP (attempted to call twice straight to voicemail) ! Walked in and felt disrespected the minute the women at the counter opened her mouth. She made it a point to make me feel rushed leading to an overall bad impression. I don't know what made me wait for the cut but I did. BIG MISTAKE, she took to thrashing my hair with the buzzer until she exclamed "I MESSED UP" in her very own words. She cut the side too short leaving a mark and without me telling her yes or no went back to town cutting the sides the same length. At one point TWO women worked on my hair at once. Trying to fix all the spots that were missed and unlayered ! I couldent wait to get out of there so when I finally got home and looked at it longer I realized she had done the two side burns differently my left was chopped at a blunt angle while the right was a longer uneven design ! . I wish you could give a place zero stars because the people they hire here are inexperienced and have created an unperfersonal culture I picked up on as the second lady ran her post cigarette hands through my hair trying to fix the fuck up job... read more
