My daughter got her hair cut here. Showed the lady the picture twice and she still didn't cut it right. I am so mad and my daughter is disappointed. My daughter an I came in for haircuts, and they were very friendly and did a great job. They were very knowledgable about their trade and were able to answer questions my wife, and myself had. This may sound weird, but the 3 of us just moved here from Orange County, where the climate is a bit different. Both of us have had some funky hair and scalp issues. The only thing that bothered me, and I mean the only thing, is a men's buzz cut is $14. Even in uber expensive Southern CA, I never paid more then $8-$10 just to get my head shaved. Don't let that deter you from going though. The kids haircuts are $5. That, is hard to beat. In OC, a kids haircut is $20-$30, so even though I was a little shocked at the cost of my buzz, overall it evened out for the two of us. read more

Anyone who knows me, knows I've been on a very tight (seemingly nonexistent) budget the past year. They'd also know I don't get a haircut as often as I need to because of the aforementioned. I found a coupon on their website and used it during my visit. The stylist was friendly and probably would have enjoyed having more of a conversation, but since I stink at making small talk, I just sat there while she did her work. I apologized to her for only tipping $4, because I couldn't go over $20 and she smiled at me, acknowledging that times are difficult and it could have been worse for not providing a tip at all. The haircut was appropriate and she did a great job. I'll probably be back to this location instead of other haircutting places, solely based on the positive experience had here. read more

I had a horrible time there. I went in to get a small trim which is quite simple. I paid for the trim and a shampoo wash. The employee never shampooed me, and when I told her I paid for a shampoo wash she looked at me and completely ignored me. Not to mention the hair cut was absolutely horrendous. It was slanted and jagged. I went home in tears because of how horrible my hair cut and experience was. I would suggest not to waste your money there. read more

Stupid Stupid Stupid! Don't waste your time! I walked in for a haircut and the woman asked my name. I gave my first name then she asked for my last name. I politely said I didn't want to be in their computer point of sale system. She said she had to have my first and last name and my phone number in order to serve me. She said it was required "to process payments". I don't think knowing my last name and phone number would have helped her process the twenty dollar bill I was going to use for payment. When I declined to give my last name and phone number she invited me to go somewhere else for my haircut, which I did. You may be thinking I was rude or loud. I wasn't. I just declined to give out my personal information to get a haircut. Apparently business is pretty good at their mall location because they weren't at all interested in getting mine. I'm giving one star to this business only because maybe someone else on their staff actually knows how to deal with customers. The woman I dealt with was a total loser. By the way just across F road next to Home Depot you will find Sport Clips. They were happy to cut my hair and only asked for my first name. read more
