I contacted Rocwell which I believe is only 1 person working there, advised me to replaced the battery, which I did but didn't resolved the issue, so I contacted her again and requested a copy of the receipt in order to honor the warranty or $20.00 plus shipping if I did not have the receipt. Honestly, I don't keep receipts, the watch has a serial numnber that they can check is brand new, I emailed them pics that shows an unworn watch, still have the box but they do not honor the warranty because I don't have the receipt BUT because I paid with Amex, I'm able to return the watch to the store. In other words, a really cheap made watch, very costly and the customer service is non existant.
