We really enjoy coming here and relaxing while the kids play in the sand area. The picnic style eating is a great touch. They even have the ring toss game you can partake in all while you wait to eat. The service is always nice they are always there to get you what you need and smiling. Cosse's Corner Shack is a great place to grab a burger. I showed up here today looking for a quick lunch after getting off of Interstate 10 and was looking for a quick, locally owned place for lunch and Cosse's Corner Shack definitely delivered. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and I asked about the burgers and he said they were a great choice. I added fries to the order and asked for their housemate spicy ketchup and housemate spicy mayonnaise and went and took a seat at one of the outdoor benches (be advised that there is no indoor search). In a reasonable amount of time, my food was ready. I went to the window and grabbed my food and went back to my bench. Let me add, it was nice sitting outside even if my view and ambiance was typical corner of two busy roads. The cheeseburger was great. No pretense to it, just a solid cheeseburger. The fries were decent. Not great, but good. All in all, I would definitely recommend here and I will give it five stars overall. read more

Great place to eat. The new building is great, love the atmosphere, and everyone was friendly. The only unfriendly people there were some of the older patrons. Calm down people, it's just food. Can't express enough how tasty the Crawfish Andoville breakfast burrito is! The best breakfast burrito I've ever had, hands down. Today we tried the biscuits. It was ok. Friendly service. It's made to order so there is a little bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. It's just a little place on the northeast corner of Hwy 90 & Hwy 87. It's definitely worth a visit. read more

Cute little food shack in Milton! They have pretty good American-style food. Only drawbacks are that there's usually only one person working, so it's pretty slow and it's a bit pricy. It is closed and boarded up. We had no notice of closure prior to driving over. It was not posted as closed on internet.

Great environment and good service besides that average at best. We ordered two poboys one shrimp and one crawfish. We got two bread poboys. Also got a cup of etoufee. It wasn't good. Made with a darker roux than any etoufee I've had and thicker than a gumbo with little seafood in it. I'll take $40 to Winn Dixie and cook better food read more

If it's possible to ruin a snow cone- this place has done it. $18 for 2 small and 2 medium. They tasted awful. My kids, who love snow cones, threw theirs away after a few bites. The inside of the shack is disgusting. The windows are greasy. Never again. read more

Recently stopped in for a breakfast burrito. Loved that they use patti sausage instead of crumbles. The burrito was loaded with meat, egg, and cheese. The cafe au lait made with French Market coffee with chicory added a taste of home to our visit. Will try the beignets next time for that authentic New Orleans taste and experience. This is a nice little place. Reminiscent of a beach take out, the beach sand and tables are a nice touch. But let's get down to the food, $5.00 for a healthy breakfast burrito, $6.00 for the cheesesteak and $2.00 for fries, yummy and filling, made fresh so there is a little wait, but I would do it again. The only complaint is the young lady forgot the fries I ordered, which was a disappointment since I paid for them. Went here for the first time yesterday and it was a mess. My husband and our friends got there 20 mins before I did, had already ordered. And still hadn't gotten their food by the time I got there to order. Even after placing my order, the guys working there seemed to forget that they needed to cook food bc we had to remind them that the rest of our party was still waiting to receive their food. Now, I would understand if they were super busy or if we had ordered a big order for them. But having to remind them after we got our food that we had also ordered fries and myself a lemonade...they hadn't even dropped the fries or gotten my drink. We had to wait another 15 mins for fries and totally saw the kid up front remind the cook in the back that people had ordered fries. No fast food place should take an hr to get stuff out and right. Plus, the steak burrito thing my husband got was POURING out oil. Straight up grease. Needless to say, he didn't end up eating it and threw it away. Such a waste of money and time.
