When we couldn't be there to let the people in to work on the items, she let them in! Kacie was providing small glimpses "teasers" of our home on her web pages before our home went on the market! Our home sold in the first month! Her team made it very easy to go through the process step by step. Even though we had already moved, the process was painless! We recommend Kacie! She is honest, upfront, helpful, and gets the job done!! Thank you!

If you are looking for a realtor that will fight for you, educate you about the process, and always have a solution for any problems that arise, then Kacie is the realtor for you! As first-time home buyers, we had literally no idea where to get started and Kacie helped us with absolutely every part of the process. From her recommendations of lenders and inspectors to work with to her vast amounts of knowledge and expertise as a realtor, we knew we were in good hands right from the start. This was a complicated purchase and every single time we thought there would be a set-back, Kacie came to us with a solution that got us one step closer to the closing table. We couldn't be more grateful for her support throughout this entire process. She never once made us feel like we were asking dumb questions and she fought to get us into our house. Kacie is the best at her job and you won't go wrong working with her!

Excellent Agent - House Sold on First Offer…read more We found Erika Ceballos to be professional and competent, but with a few caveats. She met us and immediately we realized she was the right person to help sell our house quickly. She was organized, timely, and energetic. She understands the market and has the tools for sharp decision-making. However, we encouraged Erika to be more assertive. It was our suggestion that we have an open house when the sale started off slowly. She quickly set it up and passed out flyers in the neighborhood. We suggested that Erika communicate with us more often on what was happening amongst realtors inquiring about the house, how many people attended the open house, etc. She upped her flow of updates. When the offer came in, she was on top of that. But we felt in limbo waiting to hear back from her about how the buyers were reacting to our counteroffer. We'd prefer more responsiveness. During the sale process, we needed a few resources for minor repairs and moving. Erika was quick to suggest reputable contractors in the area, who were all very responsive and capable of doing the work without delay. She also provided us with weekly snapshots of the housing market in our area. We did have to ask for that content the first time. Afterward, she was on it. Importantly, we found it essential to go through the comps carefully ourselves to land an optimal selling price. Once we worked that out with Erika, we made only one price adjustment to sell the house. After the offer was confirmed, Erika handled all transactions smoothly using online tools and apps. She texted us when there were new documents to sign and submit. Our buyers had some complications toward the end that delayed the sale, but Erika powered through and got the deal done. We highly recommend Erika Ceballos for all your real estate agent needs. In a rapidly changing market, you need someone who is reliable and dependable to get a deal done. You'll be ecstatic to work with Erika and get your property moving on the market.

She's such a positive and bubbly person. Someone you enjoy being around in any situation. I hope some of her attitude and demeanor rubbed off on me, as she sets an excellent example for any professional man or woman. I would definitely work with her again, and without a doubt recommend her highly. It's hard to find someone so caring and dedicated, but she is! She goes above and beyond and I intend to stay in touch, hoping I made a lifetime friend. Trudy Shiflett

DO NOT RENT FROM STEINBORN & ASSOCIATES…read more First, I have to say I loved the house I rented, but I felt Steinborn & Associates treated me like dirt. I wish I would have read the reviews before I rented the house! (1) Within six months, sewage backed up in the showers. I called a plumber and there was a blockage in the sewer line. Steinborn & Associates said it was a new house (even though the owners lived at the property before I rented the house), they would not pay the bill ($183.71). There is no way two people (my adult son and I) could have blocked the sewage in less than six months. (2) The property managers NEVER answer the phone. They will only text or email. In addition, if you have any questions or complaints they refer you to the lease agreement. (3) Due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved to another state during my lease. I was specifically told they would list the property when I moved out and try to rent it to another tenant. I moved out in July and the property wasn't listed on the website until November (my lease ended in October). Based on this experience, Steinborn & Associates does not have the tenant in mind. I payed almost $2,000 for three months. This caused financial hardship. Again, I signed a lease through October, but Steinborn & Associates could have posted the property for rent in August. (4) Read the rental agreement! Apparently, I did not read the contract very well. Steinborn & Associates conducts home inspections. I have rented in several states and have never experienced this practice. The only reason I can think of is they are looking for signs of smoking or an animal (if you have reported that you do not have one).
