I want to make two things clear. 1) These apartments are great to live in. These two woman were amazing and made Tuscany a great place to live in. But, they're are no longer under the management of these two women. In their place is two extremely incompetent and inept women whose names are Megan and Maritza. They will lie to your face in order to mislead you and then tack on charges to maximize how much of your security deposit they get to keep. Before moving here please know your rights and understand that cleaning fees and "standard" floor cleaning charges are unlawful by New Mexico law. But, they will count on you not knowing this in order to maximize their profit. So, please, if you move in here. Take videos of the apartment before you move in, and then re-take them before you move out. Furthermore, record any conversations and save any emails you have with these women. Especially if dealing with Maritza. There's nothing wrong with the apartments themselves, but everything wrong with the people they have managing the property. Educate yourselves and know your rights.

Excellent Agent - House Sold on First Offer…read more We found Erika Ceballos to be professional and competent, but with a few caveats. She met us and immediately we realized she was the right person to help sell our house quickly. She was organized, timely, and energetic. She understands the market and has the tools for sharp decision-making. However, we encouraged Erika to be more assertive. It was our suggestion that we have an open house when the sale started off slowly. She quickly set it up and passed out flyers in the neighborhood. We suggested that Erika communicate with us more often on what was happening amongst realtors inquiring about the house, how many people attended the open house, etc. She upped her flow of updates. When the offer came in, she was on top of that. But we felt in limbo waiting to hear back from her about how the buyers were reacting to our counteroffer. We'd prefer more responsiveness. During the sale process, we needed a few resources for minor repairs and moving. Erika was quick to suggest reputable contractors in the area, who were all very responsive and capable of doing the work without delay. She also provided us with weekly snapshots of the housing market in our area. We did have to ask for that content the first time. Afterward, she was on it. Importantly, we found it essential to go through the comps carefully ourselves to land an optimal selling price. Once we worked that out with Erika, we made only one price adjustment to sell the house. After the offer was confirmed, Erika handled all transactions smoothly using online tools and apps. She texted us when there were new documents to sign and submit. Our buyers had some complications toward the end that delayed the sale, but Erika powered through and got the deal done. We highly recommend Erika Ceballos for all your real estate agent needs. In a rapidly changing market, you need someone who is reliable and dependable to get a deal done. You'll be ecstatic to work with Erika and get your property moving on the market.

There is no better place to live than at the Casitas at Morningstar. I moved to Las Cruces last…read moreAugust for Border Patrol. I was looking for somewhere to live that is safe (casitas is gated 24hrs, unlike other apartments/condos). After looking at MANY different places to rent over one weekend I decided right away that we were going to live here because it was the nicest place for the price. You get enough space, amazing sunset or mountain views, beautiful well maintained property and luxurious amenities. It's like living at a resort! We loved renting there so much that we are now in the process of buying a unit. You will simply not get anything else like this in Las Cruces. There are a mix of people who live at the Casitas including : Law enforcement, students, retirement, young and middle aged professionals and families. The Casitas hosts different events such as poker nights, holiday parties and pot lucks so that you can get to know your neighbors better. To who ever wrote a negative comment- I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. She may have had a bad experience but I assure you that it's not like that at the Casitas. I have made friends around the condos and everyone seems to love living their. If you live under someone, you should expect occasional thumping and that just comes with condo living.. Erika is probably one of the most sincere people that I have met in Las Cruces and if you meet her you will know what I am talking about. She is in no way dishonest or shady. I wouldn't let one comment from the thousands of people who have rented affect the way you think about this place. I have high expectations and those were met living here. Sincerely, Renter, future owner!
