Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

Rather than listening and addressing issues and providing the service they are hired and paid to do by the condo owners' HOA dues, they prefer to argue, threaten, and avoid work and solutions at all costs. The entire team is incapable of the most basic level of communication. Emails go unanswered, or if answered are mere retorts and threats from a team that is obviously ill-equipped to work in ANY professional capacity. I would recommend this company be avoided at all cost. I am sure whatever hold they have on the condo board at the moment will vanish once the members change. Disgraceful company.

Only minor changes were made to the exterior, but the interior is still terrible. They charge for pest control, however, when I first moved in, I had to buy roach bombs & glue traps to eventually get them under control. Outside of Franchesca, management is terribly rude and/or unprofessional. It takes them a long time to make repair, & they do them in the most "ghetto" (cheap) way possible. When I saw them painting over black mold, I moved out. Upon moving out they didn't do a walk-through and tried to charge me for ac "repairs" that were due to the mold.
