FINALLY- after messaging over multiple days the owner said that she would not refund me and would only reschedule a tan. I rescheduled for the day before my trip. Biggest mistake. Not only did I have to request confirmation of my appt but Gladys asked to reschedule the appt to two hours later because she had to get a procedure done. Reluctantly, I agreed. 30 minutes before my appt I reached out to confirm again and received no response. I called and texted multiple times. Gladys declined my calls and did not answer my texts. I had to run out to get a tan at a salon due to my travel. Then - 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time Gladys finally calls and texted me that she just woke up from anesthesia because she had a procedure done. She then said she would come over and do my tan then and there. Not only are you prohibited from operating a motor vehicle after being under anesthesia but she also wanted me to allow her to do my tan while drugged - not only is this horrifying but it's completely unprofessional. Gladys refused to refund my money or respond to my requests to refund my money. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.
