The prices are reasonable with the knowledge that all services are supervised by licensed and professional instructors. I was a able to speak to Crystal, who linked me with Josh as my student. I think I was his first client which was exactly my reason for giving them my business. If you want to do a great job, it's only fitting that you experience real world situations versus mannequins or other objects that can't provide feedback. I went in for a $10 cutter trim, just a simple clean up on the sides. Josh nailed it, took his time and was very professional and confident. Very, very satisfied with my experience and I hope more clients find their way to Blue Cliff to allow their students to train in 'real-world' conditions.

I wanted a silk press and the instructors are making efforts to ensure all students know how to do a proper silk press. Taya was my student stylist and it was her first day back in the floor. Poor girl had me as a client to welcome her back lol. My hair is thick and plentiful! It took some time to get the blow dry right but fortunately the instructor was there to provide ample guidance. Taya's flat iron skills were already on point, so fortunately that part was smooth sailing. All in all my hair came out amazing and I left a satisfied client. Mr. Ned has been a barber for nearly 40 years and is probably the most compassionate and gentle soul you'd ever meet. This school teaches you the core old school barbering skills and sets you up to pass the Louisiana State Board Exam. Classroom work is conducted in the morning and afternoon for about an hour, the rest of the day students are gaining practical experience by cutting hair in real customers that walk in. I really feel that made the best decision of my life to join this school and I am learning a craft that can be used for a lifelong career! Highly recommended, call Mr. Ned today.

I'd gone in to enroll in the esthetician program to add more services to my permanent makeup business and was super excited about this business venture . She was basically saying my business wasn't legit, because "you have to be an esthetician to do microblading in Louisiana" . Which is not true, so she was arguing with me over something she was actually wrong about, and eventually said "I can't discuss this anymore with you" . Take this from someone who has passed all board of health inspections and has a business in good standing, with certification from a reputable school to do permanent makeup. I should've listened to everyone who'd already told me the staff here was not kind, lesson learned . Reputation and word of mouth is everything !! I will be spending my money elsewhere
