Nothing but gratitude for Dr. Phillips. That happened to me, but it was very scary to actually conceive that I could go through with it. It's hard to trust somebody to do it, it had to be somebody caring and skillful. I was so blessed to find Dr Leigh Phillips. He removed my breast implants and reconstructed my breast that was left after removing the implants. He did an extraordinary job. I have very small breast so I was very satisfied with the results. I actually like my breast now and the fact that they're mine (well almost mine with a lot of help from my doctor) is a great feeling. After that I knew I could trust Dr Phyllis to do my face. Dr Phyllis performed a Face Lift and fixed past disasters done by others. I wish he could be clone for all the other specialties of medicine. He is to me the angel God sent my way to help me and I will for ever be thankful to him and his wonderful staff they are just as nice and competent as he is, especially Tiffany. Love you guys. He tried to do a revision on it a year later, and now my cheek is deformed. There are indentations and bumps and scar tissue and lines. There are also a lot of wrinkles around my mouth. He tried to tell me I had those problems before, but if I had that before I would've tried to get him to fix it. He refuses to do anything to fix it. All of my friends and family say it wasn't like that before. Now I have to start all over with someone else.

In fact all the staff I encountered was very pleasant. I never had to wait for my appointments, everything started on time. I'll have to do homework after my treatments to help continue to get improvements. Only wish I had known about this place sooner. I highly recommend

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! At first, Aspen Rehab gave me hope. I suffer from a Grade 3 capsular…read morecontracture in my right breast. After dealing with this for so long, I had started to accept that maybe nothing could help. Then I found Aspen Rehab. Their promises seemed sincere, and for the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful. I paid $3,000 for the treatment, and unfortunately, it has turned into one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I had a virtual consultation with Tim. He came across as honest, personable, and confident that this treatment would work for me. I trusted what I was being told and decided to move forward with the fast-paced treatment. During the two weeks of treatment, the staff and therapists were very nice. They used the ultrasound device and performed massage therapy. At first, I thought I was seeing improvement. My breast appeared to drop slightly and seemed softer--but only while I was actively receiving treatment. After the two weeks, I was sent home with instructions to continue the massages for another 30 days and wear the bandage 22 hours a day. I followed those instructions exactly as I was told. Then everything went in the opposite direction. By the third week, my breast began lifting again and became increasingly hard. It has now been two months since completing the treatment, and I honestly feel that my breast is in worse condition than before I started. The aggressive massage appears to have changed the shape, and it now protrudes more than it did previously. I contacted the office because I was extremely disappointed and explained that the treatment simply had not worked for me. I am otherwise healthy and do not have underlying health issues that would explain this outcome. Tim told me that I was simply part of the "10%" of patients the treatment doesn't work for. Honestly, I couldn't help but wonder: Is this what every patient is told when the treatment fails? I was also told there are no refunds and no compensation if the treatment doesn't work. That is the part that hurts the most. Before I paid the $3,000, I felt pressured. I received calls asking when I was ready to move forward, and I felt like there was a strong push to get me to commit and pay. I eventually trusted them, took the chance, and put my faith in their treatment. Now I feel like that trust was taken advantage of. I wish I had listened to my plastic surgeon, who warned me against doing this treatment. I am sharing my experience because I do not want someone else to spend thousands of dollars, go through weeks of treatment, follow every instruction exactly, and end up feeling as devastated and disappointed as I do. I truly wanted this to work. I wanted my breast to soften and return closer to normal. Instead, I am left with regret, frustration, and the feeling that the financial transaction mattered more than what happened to me afterward. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SPENDING THIS KIND OF MONEY. For me, this was not just $3,000. It was my time, my trust, my hope, and ultimately, an outcome I am extremely unhappy with. I have before and after photos and no change, the breast stick out a lot more now than before. I would never do this again, and I deeply regret that I did it in the first place.
