My family was offered a great opportunity to buy our dream house that we were renting and we were not fully prepared for the financial investment. Lori guided us through the process of clearing some thing on the credit report to get a better deal and all the way through closing. She truly stuck in there with us as we encountered one of the most stressful experiences one can go through - buying a house. It is because of what Lori did and her commitment to getting my family in this home (or staying in our case) that has made our dream come true. I have and will continue to talk about Lori and Guaranteed Rate and what a blessing it has been to have her be on our side and someone who I now call friend.

In April of 2017 I sent Josh an email about getting a chipped windshield replaced, and I asked about why the impact resistant shingle discount was not reflected on my policy. Josh addressed my questions about the chipped windshield but ignored the impact resistant discount question. I asked again and Josh said he submitted the paperwork and I should get confirmation from the insurance company. He also stated that he would follow up. Well I received no follow up to something that saving my about $600 a years. I switched insurance providers 2 weeks later to Longevity Insurance Brokers. This was not the only reason I switched...continue reading For the auto glass replacement, Josh recommend A+ Auto Glass and I had a terrible experience with them. The installer had to come out three times to due to a wind noise on my vehicle. The installer finally seal the whole window to the seal, suck to be the next replacement guy. This was the second bad experience I had from a company Josh recommended. The first was Core Contracts the company that performed the hail damage claim on my roof. After a major hail storm that ripped from my neighborhood, I ignored all the door knockers and call by insurance broker for a recommendation. Well Core can be summed up as a storm chaser company too. They did the minimum to get paid and moved on ASAP. They contracted all the work out including the roof, left the place a mess (nails every where) and had terrible customer service. Josh's inability to performed the job I hired him to do i.e. submit the paperwork for the impact resistant shingle or remove the medical coverage I asked you remove 2 times is the reason I am no longer I customer of Insurance Advisors. The fact that I had bad experience with the companies he recommended is bad luck. Add the two together and my perceived sluffing off of my emails and you get my review. I hope this helps paint a better picture of what you might be getting yourself into.

Once inside his office he informed me that he was exhausted from being in court all day, hands me a tape recorder, and then falls asleep. Hind sight I should have asked to reschedule. o Dr. Wilbourn held several sessions with my children and I in which he would watch us interact for about 5-10 minutes and then have me leave the room to ask my children questions. At the time my children were 7 & 9. o Requested that my ex-wife and I have 10 family and friends fill out character witness surveys (each). During the hearings these findings were never disclosed or used as reference. o Asked my children "baited" questions. o Stated that he supports the military and would spend half of the assigned counseling session (which I was paying for) talking about his excursions on wild game hunts. In conclusion, I am recording these statements now well after the court decided to allow my children to relocate out of state while I am still serving on active duty (against the Soldier/Sailor's Act). If you are assigned Dr. Wilbourn in the future please use caution.
