They did what they said they'd do, in the manner they said they would, in a timely fashion during a time when customer service has seemed to be a lost art and quality products don't exist. We live near Lake Kegonsa and had years of built up webs full of bugs. Enter Jordan & David with their magic wands & potions, and poof it was gone with their soft washing tools & techniques! The only bad part is being on stupid conference calls all day and not being able to watch the magic happen. BUT, walking out to see the results was so gratifying! He was quick to respond to my service request, he is very professional, very personable and answers all questions and explains the whole process. I had to have my chimney and vent re-done. He worked hard, removing the old chimney, venting the water heater and furnace into the new piping and installing shingles etc. Then he cleaned everything up and got all of it done in one day. When he cleaned out the gutters, he noticed a blockage at the down spout, and he cleared it for us (he didn't have to do that since he didn't cause the blockage). I highly recommend Janesville Chimney & Fireplace.
