Her pricing and marketing strategy was spot-on and resulted in a full-ask offer within just three weeks of going live-during the beginning of the holiday season, no less. They hosted two open houses, coordinated numerous private showings, and executed a thoughtful marketing plan that truly worked. Patty's guidance throughout the process, from preparing the home and taking photos all the way through closing, was invaluable. Patty and Chris were both extremely supportive every step of the way and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and organized. Selling a home after 20 years of raising kids and making memories is an emotional rollercoaster, and they handled everything with care, patience, and empathy. Even after closing, they checked in on me as I relocated and recommended a moving company they've used in the past, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Patty and Chris work beautifully as a team, and I truly could not imagine going through this experience with anyone else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier, luxury-level service and genuine people who truly care about their clients.

For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

Fortunately for us, we had the pleasure of working with two members of the Finkelstein-Reader Team, Saria and Davia! At times we felt a bit harassing with our seemingly endless questions, but not once did they ever make us feel as though any of them were trivial. Our favorite part about working with Saria and Davia was how organized they were. My wife and I learned that when buying a home, it is IMPERATIVE to be meticulous with all the details involved...you need structure and to know what is going on at all times (e.g. where you stand with paperwork, required items, signatures, etc.). The two created such a seamless experience for us. It's difficult to imagine having to go through this process without someone like Saria and/or Davia on your side.
