I hope they haven't reduced the quality of the ingredients. PS I struggled with ordering online and using their many choices of carryout specials, finishing while sitting in the parking lot. I went inside and they were really welcoming. They said it shouldn't be long...and it wasn't. I would return but I will be better prepared to eat it more quickly upon arriving home, and maybe just reheat slices in a frying pan and not in the oven where it can get dried out.

The Pizzas is as expected, an interesting combination of plenty of toppings, and the peanut dipping sauce just adds to the perfection. It is a delicious and refreshing change from the usual and expected. As seen in the picture, the mix of many toppings on the pizza made the pizza that much more satisfying and filling. I will also add that the crust was crispier this time than one of our previous experiences, and reminded me of a much better version of a soda cracker. that crust was firm enough to stand up to the weight of the toppings, but also soft enough to cut or bite without breaking your teeth. The price, like other restaurants in this chain, is definitely on the higher side. But considering what one gets for that price, it is in my humble opinion completely worth it. The service was quite good, with prompt water refills and multiple check-ins. The decor and ambiance was what was expected for a pizza parlour chain, casual and relaxed. The noise level was also good enough that we could hear each other without shouting. I will definitely return, if not to this location, to any of the restaurants in that chain, and I will be sure to bring my large appetite.

While the floor is clean there are cracked tiles and the black concrete floor could use another coat of paint. Booths and seats are in good condition and tastefully appointed. Am a fan of Indian food, it being mixed with what I consider traditional pizzerias is a slight affront to what I expect. Signage outside had "bar" clearly displayed, which is also something I don't expect. Music playing seems Indian though not sure. Those aside am fairly impressed with the overall setup. When sat down they gave me a water and didn't ask for any drinks. When pizza was brought had to ask them for a soda, they gave me a fountain soda, which was flat. Take service was almost non existent, had to go to counter and ask for a box as well as pay, there was zero checking in. To their credit in a way I was only person there. Pizza on the other hand is pretty good. It lacks a little flavor from what I like, and flavor is a bit off, can't explain why, but it has all the necessary components in the right amounts. Plenty of cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and almost enough sausage, the flavor just doesn't pop. Crust is nothing special yet it's OK. While it's not a mind blowing experience will likely be back, most likely for takeout, and will stay away from their fountain soda. Really would prefer to give a lower rating but I think they could do a lot better so erred on the higher side, for now.

He said the order would be ready in 10 minutes, so we rushed over there. Unfortunately, it was a full 30 minutes from when he said that until when my order was actually ready (he did apologize for the wait). Note there is a sign that states the menu prices shown are for cash; credit card orders are charged 4% more. This is increasingly common, sometimes without advance warning. We shared two of my favorite dishes, Bhindi Masala and Bengan Bhurta (aka Baingan Bharta). Note that each entree comes with a very large serving of basmati rice. I also got an order of Tandoori Roti for each of us, which was perhaps a bit too much with all that rice. The Tandoori Roti was very well cooked, and tasty (we requested it without butter on top, as many places add it). The rice was also good. The Bengan Bhurta / Baingan Bharta (Eggplant Bharta) was too oily for me, and had too much smoke flavor. I have had it similarly prepared, but I prefer less smoky and less oily. Also, sometimes there are some nice, bigger pieces of Eggplant included, but not here (which is more common, I admit). The Bhindi Masala had a good flavor but, unfortunately, was visibly burned. There was nothing that resembled Okra remaining. It was also pretty oily, but not as much as the Eggplant Bharta. This should not have been served, IMO. 2.5*, but I rounded up to 3*, because it's great to have an Indian restaurant in Lynden. And also, they were very nice, and maybe a second try would be better.

The pepper was stuffed with a HUGE chunk of cotija cheese. Yes, the menu mentioned this, but I hadn't really considered the ramifications. Cotija is super salty, and that amount of it being loaded into the pepper resulted in a non-melted, solid mass of what tasted like pure salt. The relleno was pretty much inedible. I removed the cotija and just ate the pepper along with the accompanying rice and beans. It was not my finest relleno moment. Other than that, the experience wasn't bad. The place is quaint and clean, and the servers were very friendly. I probably should have just said something about the relleno, but also I felt like it was my fault because the menu did specify cotija. I just hadn't considered how salty that might be. If someone from the business reads this, please try the relleno yourself - it was NOT good. :(

We ordered one pepperoni and one cheese pizza, along with two chocolate milks and one vanilla and one salted caramel ice cream. My wife and I opted for the sandwich and soup/salad combo. She chose the Wiseguy Italian deli sandwich with a Caesar salad for $19, while I ordered the Chicken Supremo sandwich with Italian Chicken Pasta soup for $20. Everything was quite good! The kids loved their pizzas, which were a decent size! Our sandwiches were tasty as well, though the toasted oven baguette was a bit hard and required us to open our mouths wide to enjoy all the components.
