The staff here are friendly but sadly that's about where the good things with our experience end. If you go at non-busy times it might be better than what we experienced.
We went as a group of about 15 people. We rang ahead, made a booking, and turned up on time. The bistro was fairly busy so they let us sit in one of their function rooms, which was nice.
Unfortunately things got disorganised after that. Wrong orders brought to our tables, orders substituted (they were sold out of several items) without being told before it was served, steaks burnt to a crisp on one side, etc. For a large group you don't expect all the food to come out at once but the time between the first of us finishing and the last of us starting was well over an hour which is pushing things.
To their credit they refunded several of the blundered meals.
The food was of very average quality. Not inedible but nothing to make you want to come back. Give the chicken parma a miss and just hope whoever does your particular steak knows what they're doing.
