I can't say enough great things about Master Jung! From what I've seen, he genuinely loves teaching…read morethe kids. He's fun and friendly, yet commands respect from his students as well. Great environment for children to learn Tae Kwon Do, gain strength and confidence, learn respect along with practical self defense skills! As an adult student of his, going from second to third degree black belt, I am truly developing into a better martial artist with each class! I'm gaining strength and flexibility I didn't think I could acheive at this age (late 30s). Master Jung really pays attention to detail, sees what areas you need to work on and brings a plan to help you reach those goals. I'm getting a great workout, learning new self defense techniques and having fun. Since working with him to fine tune certain skills, I've gone to a couple competitions, including ILLINOIS STATE, and brought home a combination of gold, silver and bronze medals. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Hoping his business continues to grow, he's a great addition to the area, I hope families take advantage of his presence!!!

Master Jung's Taekwondo studio is a hidden gem in the New Lenox/Mokena area. After seeing a…read moredemonstration class, our 5 year old son was ready to give martial arts a try. He is shy to new situations but Master Jung is very engaging with his students and the Little Tigers classes are so well taught. My son stays focused the entire class and quickly mastered some early skills. He broke his first board yesterday after two months of classes and he was so proud of his accomplishment. Master Jung is pleasant to be around, always with a warm smile and welcomes families and persons of all ages and levels into his studio. The location is great with plenty of parking and just off route 30.

Powersource is a great environment and one of the best places for martial arts. Everyone is kind…read moreand hospitable from teachers to students. They have morning and afternoon classes, which is great for my schedule and any 9-5 ers. I started training judo/bjj, I find every session fun, challenging and exciting. Powersource is teaching me a new skill and given me the chance to meet some great people while doing it.

My son has been taking classes for about 2 months now. So far good. The Sensei gives my son advice…read moreon how to handle certain situations. This means a lot to me. I dont know about Martial Arts but the advise is sound. It's something I remain my son of before class. I like the way the Senseis' pay attention to the class and help the little ones out to gather more strength. As a mom it's hard to sit for a class and watch. I trust my baby in capable hands. The Sensei want achievement and so do I. So whatever the Senseis' say goes. I make sure my son understands this. So when a behavior needs to be corrected. The Senseis does it. Especially for safety. The Senseis will let anyone in the class that their listening skills are lacking. This way when I do watch I know why it will take my son longer to gain a stripe. I am happy with this teaching as a first time nervous mom. Also listening skills is very important. When my son is not listening. The Sensei is sure to let him know. This helps me help my son enforce his listening skills. We are both learning. I love it.
