I only went…read morehere because not only was this the closest place to my aunt and uncle's house (where I'm staying) but because of the exceptional reviews and 4.5 star Google rating. Now I can see WHY. When Michael (the guy behind the counter) asked me for my address I got a little stumped not sure whether to give him my mom's or my aunt and uncle's address. So I told him "Well, I'm only visiting so I'll give you the address of where I'm staying" then he said, "nah, not necessary if you're only visiting. So what brings you here?" to which I replied "my sister's funeral" He not only immediately offered his condolences and sympathy but offered to clean my shirt for FREE. What an AMAZING human being. We need more compassionate people like him in this world!

I wasn't sure what could be done but I dropped off my suit and hoped for the best. When I came back to pick it up, I immediately could see the difference! When I went to put it on today for Easter church service I was stunned to see that my awful looking suit had been transformed into new! I have been telling everyone about Cove Cleaners. I highly recommend this business and will be going back for all my dry cleaning needs.

As for tailoring - they are okay. I wouldn't recommend brining any expensive jackets or clothes here for alterations. Make sure they cover the jacket buttons when you bring expensive clothes suits and jackets here!!! Overall: A good dry cleaning service. Nice turn around and friendly service. Instead, they insisted that these 3 shirts were mine because that was the description they input on the ticket. It was ridiculous because I knew these were not my shirts (not even correct size). Instead of apologizing, they asked that I identify the missing shirts. I have like 40 shirts, so i had no idea which shirts i dropped off. They were so unapologetic and insisted I identify the shirts which i couldn't. There were no apologies, no offers to credit future dry cleaning bills to offset the cost of their error. Needless to say, I told them that i would find another dry cleaner. It did not phase them

I had just two days to get my bridesmaid dress altered before flying to Texas for a wedding, and there was a LOT of fabric that needed to be taken in. I called Sal on a Sunday afternoon to explain my predicament, and he told me to come in immediately. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire fitting process. Any anxiety I had walking in was completely gone by the time I left. Despite the tight turnaround, my dress was ready on time and fit perfectly. I truly couldn't have gotten luckier finding a tailor who not only does exceptional work under pressure, but is also a complete gentleman. I was so impressed that I even came back later that same day to have a few pairs of pants tailored -- and those turned out fabulous as well. Thank you so much, Sal!
