I placed an order and the owner was very helpful in facilitating the order (I ordered a regulation size PVC/plastic "blank" to put vinyl decals on that I also ordered from them, order #18480). However, upon receipt, there were 2 major quality issues: 1. The boards had "warps" in the edges like they got too close to heat or weren't finished well, as well as some deeper scapes in one corder. 2. One of the edge support pieces was cracked all the way through where the folding legs connected. I contacted the company 3 times at info@cornholeamerica.com multiple times for resolution and got NO response whatsoever. I have a feeling this company is going the wrong direction as they also don't allow reviews on their website or other common places, which is why I'm placing this review here. My wife order a set of Harley Davidson cornhole boards from them as a Father's Day gift. When they arrived they were damaged. She contacted them.and they said keep the damaged boards and they would send a new set. It has now been over a month with no new set, no refund, no response to phone calls or emails.
