The therapist did a brief manipulation. 4. A cold pack was applied for a short time. 5. A warm ultra sound was done for 14 minutes. After about 9 or 10 sessions, the insurance allotment of $1600 ran out and there was no improvement in my condition. My wife's therapist works WITH HER for close to an hour and charges $60.
