I asked him to make another bigger repair, he quoted $1100 or so, with $500 upfront for materials. Ok, then a couple of days later I'm up on the roof with him and he ask for another $200. So i sent it. Then poof, GONE. Dude left his ladder and tools on the site, never returned. This was in February, now August. I've emailed several times, but no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON, he's a crook.

There was a bunch of leaves and water standing on the roof for long periods of time. I needed someone to clean the leaves and unblock the downspouts and help me with brainstorming about a solution to my raingutter problem. I contacted Mike and he had the gutters cleaned and roof drained of water the next day. What a relief! I had called others before and didn't even hear back from them. Mike's service was prompt in timing, he had the area cleaned up of the roof debris that flew off with the cleaning. He is also working right now with me In finding a long term solution to the gutter system that I have presently. When I asked him to do some re-caulking of screws on the roof and around a skylight- he has done this plus he is making sure that there aren't any other issues. I'm so glad I found Mike's company. I do not recommend this company…read more It has been over 9 months now and I have tried everything I know to get them to complete the work they promised would get done. I will now hire someone to complete the work. They do not show up when they say they will come. I was told that the roof would take 3 days but it took about 3 weeks. Someone would come, usually for about an hour. Once for 20 minutes. Nails were all over the driveway for weeks. Packaging and materials blew all over and into neighbour's yards. All winter a 7-piece drain pipe system ends up in 6 of the pieces flying around my yard when the wind blows. It leaks and I have to weed under my home due to all the water not draining away. They do not respond when you try to contact them. Finally, I was contacted and told that I was "put on the list". I gave them over 9 months and said that after that I would be writing unfavourable reviews if the work didn't get done. So here is my review.

although Dave was very prompt with getting the work going, I found later on, that my downspouts and…read moregutters were barely attached,and I've spent hours properly installing them myself. It also caused damage to my facia as they were carelessly installed. and many of the gutters were short on length by an inch or so.I believe Dave is quite a good guy however, I would do a thorough inspection with him after completing the work.
