Absolute garbage business. Had an engine problem on my mower, and paid to have it picked up and…read moreassessed for repair. Upon receiving a quote, opted not to repair my mower and instead to purchase a used mower being sold by "The Lawn Mower Shop" and have it delivered. Didn't even finish the first mow before it died and would not start. Called and a person was sent to pick it up to repair it, and I was told after that the spark plug wire had come off, and that I basically should have seen that and wasted their time. Now after only one complete mow job the engine is SEIZED!!!! And this crap company won't even come pick it up to repair it, I have to deliver it! Absolutely disgusted with the owner calling me unintelligent and otherwise trying to make me feel as if I had done something to cause his terrible work to fail. If anything, I would say his intelligence is in question because ANY COMPANY that talks to their customers in the fashion Jeff Voyer does should be out of business. Be VERY wary of this unprofessional and incapable repair shop. Steer as clear as you can from this extremely poor company. Even though he presents himself as a "good guy" he is in fact a terrible business owner and treats his customers terribly. Won't stand behind his product. AVOID THEM LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE BLACK PLAUGE!!!!!!
