Came to Corner Table with some friends and it was okay. I would agree that it's nice that they have ample outdoor space but I thought the pricing was high for its location in a strip mall and for some of the ingredient choices. Looking over the menu, I kind of struggled to find something that was worth the price for the ambiance. Entrees and drinks for close to $30 here? Oof. I ended up ordering the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and while it was pretty stacked, breaking it down revealed a heavily battered fried chicken (literally had some parts that were just fried batter) with a chicken breast that could have been a little more juicy inside. The bun was outsized by the chicken and I have a weird feeling it was toasted once already. Parts of the bun were rock hard and dry. The fries were really fresh and good though. Looking over the table some things seemed to be more appealing than others. The tuna melt was stacked high and looked tasty, but the chicken and croffle looked like the chicken was pounded within an inch of its life and almost all batter. Boyfriend's everything plate was also decent. I liked the variation of colors at least. Service wise, it was okay. Given that we had a large table, I did appreciate how they pulled a bunch of tables together but placing the umbrella with its huge base at the center was awkward. It kind of made spacing at the table odd. Then when the menus were placed down we were told we still had to order inside. Yes this is their workflow but because we now naturally split up our transactions amongst friends and families, it kind of made the flow of food and drinks very piecemeal. The first family received everything well in advance of the last family. All in all, it was ok. Might have again if I were in the area but I think there are better options.
Great find in Redwood City, and located in a plaza with plenty of parking which is always a huge bonus. Lots of outdoor seating with some being shaded, as well as seating indoors. I visited with my partner for lunch because the yelp pics were enticing ;) We ordered: - Honeycomb toffee latte: absolute perfection. Not too sweet unless you mix in all the generous honeycomb toffee like I did, because I like sweet lattes. I loved getting little chunks while drinking - Loco Moco: pretty good! Patty and egg well cooked, flavor was a little bland but overall tastt - Chicken croffle: underwhelming. Too much breading on the chicken and I wasn't a fan of the texture/taste. Croffle part was pretty good but we weren't given syrup for some reason I am 100% returning for that latte alone. I want to try Korean dishes next time too. :)
Absolutely loved my meal at Corner Table. The steak was cooked to perfection and was super juicy! The hollandaise was scrumptious as we well as the egg hash. Potatoes could have been cooked a little longer but other than that it was fantastic. The service was kind and quick and there is indoor and outdoor seating, so a great place to hang out on a sunny day.
Looking for korean restaurant and found this restaurant in Redwwod city. We came for dinner. It was not busy when we arrived. First we thought we came to wrong restaurant as it doesn't look like a Korean restaurant to me. We didn't know this restaurant also serve American dishes. Looks like originally it only serve American dishes and later it also offer Korean dishes. Looks like the owner is korean and also own the next door japanese restaurant. It has indoorand outdoor seating. The Korean menu is simple. We ordered bim bim bap and spicy seafood noodle soup. I like the noodle soup more than. The bim bim bap as I don't taste the bim bimbap is that authentic. It is weird they add cucumber and pickle radish.
It was not busy during dinner, but it was a weekday. It was happy hour when we went and we ordered the soju but the girl at the cash register almost charged us full price when we were ordering. She had to get a manager to help her ring it in, but we ended just getting their soju cocktail. The soju cocktail is just fresh soju and syrup and in comparison to other places, it's not super great. It tastes as you expect. I got the rose tteokbokki and it was missing that spice. Rose tteokbokki is not super spicy already but this had no spice at all. The rice cakes were cooked well, but overall I wouldn't order it again.
How have I not stumbled across this and it's been here for two years?! The croffles were phenomenal, the loco moco deliciously flavorful, my friends loved their garden omelette and kimchi fried rice. Zero wait on a Saturday morning, pleasant staff, and excellent playlist vibes. We will be back and bringing more friends. Usually I'm a little off put by huge menus but they did all of them well. Large variety and they delivered on all of them.
Run, don't walk! This place is good and it's a cute spot. I was looking to get an ube latte in my old neighborhood and happened upon Corner Table. Ended up adding a strawberry croffle to the order. The person ordering ahead of me dined in and then began ordering other items to go because it was that good! I definitely want to come back for a lunch or dinner experience. Service was excellent! I called ahead to confirm they have ube lattes (important to note that they are non-caffeinated) and upon arrival you can feel the care that is put into the service. People were coming in and the staff knew their names and were genuinely excited to see them return. Steady customers, but not overcrowded.
Stopped in for the first time on a gloomy weekend morning. The large covered outdoor patio was a big draw -- perfect in case it rained, and comfortable enough for the dogs to relax too. Their specialty seems to be the honeycomb toffee latte, which was fun to try. A bit too sugary for my taste, but worth experiencing once. Food leans Korean-American, with quite a bit of Asian-inspired variety. I went with the avocado toast, and he had the loco moco. Both were good -- not exactly outstanding, but still enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd come back to try more of their Korean options, like kimchi rice. Perfect for: a cozy brunch spot when you want dog-friendly seating with a twist of Korean flavors.
Stopped by for lunch and ordered the loco moco and citrus salad. Loved the freshness of the salad, which had slices of avocado, oranges and beets. The dressing was perfect - citrusy, light with the right amount of tang. Loco moco, however was just ok for me. I'd come back and try other dishes.
Came here for brunch on Sunday with husband and the place was nice and busy but you could still get a table straight away. Lots of tables inside and out. We ordered the CT Hash - very good , and the Keto plate - not as good (small dish). We had a lot of food envy as we saw all the Nashville hot chicken burgers - will have to try it next time!! The menu is varied from traditional brunch dishes to salads to popular Korean dishes. They also serve bubble tea or boba, alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. Love that we have this as a local restaurant!
it was a beautiful morning and was out early to do errands but needed to eat first and have my coffee before anything. Since I was in the area decided to dine at this spot in Redwood City near Woodside in the shopping plaza near by Michael's with plenty of parking in the lot. When we entered, the place looks clean and it seemed busy but we were greeted kindly by the host and was Offered a menu to order and our table was almost immediately available. We elected to order a couple of lattes and two different breakfast entrees that we were excited to try. We didn't wait long for our lattes and meals to be served and our server was friendly and accommodating. The lattes tasted great and the food were delicious! We enjoyed it and thought it was not bad at all. we were content. I won't hesitate to dine again and try other stuff on thier menu next time.

Corner Table is a casual cafe that seems to be owned and ran by a Korean family. I came on a weekend for brunch, and there was seating both indoors and outdoors. You order at the counter and then find your seat, where they'll bring food to you. I ordered a Biscoff Croffle, CT Hash, and a honeycomb latte. The Biscoff Croffle had the right amount of sweetness and cream, also featuring Lotus Biscoff crackers on top. The Honeycomb Latte was a bit strong, but balanced out by the pieces of honeycomb once I mixed it into the drink. The CT hash was also a nice brunch food, which was a mix of potato, onions, and sausage. This place is a hidden treasure so come try them out!

Plenty of parking it's easy to get to the restaurant! Customer service is pretty average, you order from a cash register then sit down. Until your food is brought to you. The food was great! But it did run up very quickly for what I bought. I paid closer to $30. They have accessible water that you have to get up and get yourself and for drinks they're mostly all bottled or can. The restaurant is beautiful at different times during the day. They have outdoor seating's, which is nice and pleasant when it's breezy and in store, I love the color of the wood, but it feels like there's a lot of clutter. All in all I would come back and try more of the menu. read more

Went here for brunch and the service here is pretty good. They were very sweet welcoming us. We ordered the chicken croffle, nashville chicken sandwich, and the garlic fries. garlic fries 5/5 not too oily, good garlic flavor, good amount of cheese chicken croffle 4/5 the chicken is crispy and the croffle was buttery, a lot of fruits were added and it tasted great nashville chicken sandwich 3/5 the chicken was crispy and the bun was pretty good, It wasnt a personal favorite for me since the spicy sauce was more acidic than spicy. The vibe of the place was pretty lowkey, very relaxing place to eat at. read more

Went here on a random weekday am for brunch. Was very quiet, the food was excellent-the hostess didn't seem to know anything about the menu and some ability to guide customers here could be useful. Got coffee was ok, the croiffle chicken was amazing!! Would come back here for the food but everything else was just ok. read more

We came when it was just opened. We got so early that we got the seats right away. We ordered 2 kinds of food. The avocado caprese was delish. The fried chicken sandwich was ok. We felt the chicken was refried since the flour was so thick and tasted not that fresh. The place was clean and decorated well. read more

Tons of outdoor and indoor seating available, huge parking lot, and quick service! The food was delicious, and honestly there is so much variety that it was so hard to choose. My only gripe is that the online menu is all over the place that it's hard to read, which makes ordering even more difficult to choose what you want to eat. I still want to try their other menu items though! What a great place to sit and catch up with your friends. read more

All the Korean food in this restaurant is amazing! I tried Kimchi Fried rice, Korean Fried Chicken(Sweet&spicy Sauce), Ddeok Bokki(Spicy Rice Cake) and all of them were so so so good! This has to be one of my new favorite places in Redwood City!! We had the croffles which came with fresh whipped cream (amazing!!! And huge portion. Get this!!) , beet salad, and loco moco (kids loved the fried rice, my mom loved this one!!) price is average for brunch places. Pros: Big variety in the menu. Brunch items, Korean food, Hawaiian inspired dishes, salads, coffees, pastas, sandwiches , burgers... Something for nearly everyone! And everything we ordered was delicious. Spacious with plenty of indoor and outdoor spots! Seats outside also have umbrellas. Easy parking situation, at a shopping center. Nice, simple clean decor. Kind friendly service. Cons: Honestly can't think of any. Hope this place sticks around for a long time. read more

There's not a lot of places that taste this good around the area (iykyk). There's staff were definitely friendly and whoever is the chef here, deserves nothing but the highest praises. My mom and I were looking for a good local restaurant to chow down on for brunch. She's a little less adventurous in eating, but appreciates great food. Looked through Yelp and found this place! Very cozy inside, and the service was very friendly. Music got a little loud, we both thought. We grabbed a menu and looked through the foods ( I always rely on Yelp for the pics rather than menu sometimes :P ). Everything looked delish . My mom got the fish and chips and I got the CT hash and drip coffee. Mine was good. Only bummer, a big bummer, was the poached egg was hard boiled. The hollandaise tasted very mayonnaisey , and some of the food was not that hot (some potato's were hot and others seemed to be a little look warm). Otherwise it was a good mix. The fries on the fish and chips were amazing tho. Soft and crispy. Food looked like a piece of art and all the food that came out looked amazing too. The appetizer KFC chicken wings were delicious! Chicken is nice and moist and the original has a lil spice to them. The chicken bulgogi plate was filling with rice, radish, chicken and noodles. The crispy chicken sandwich was good, I'd just prefer my spicy chicken seasoning in the batter instead of a sauce but it was still good service nice and average. There indoor and outdoor seating which is nice with nice weather. read more

Stopped here for a 7PM dinner. We ordered at the register and the food came quickly. We ordered the cheese stuffed katsu curry, bulgogi plate and shrimp alfredo pasta. Everything came out quick and was warm and tasty with generous portions. It was a relaxing atmosphere and we were brought out some spicy pickled vegetables during our meal. It was a great meal after a busy day out. read more

Came here for brunch cause of the reviews, overall they have a pretty big menu and you order at the front, everything looks great with plenty of parking. Service was friendly and lots of outdoor seating for a Monday morning. Wife ordered avocado toast which for her could be split into two healthy meals. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was really good and I love the Chipotle mayo in there, nice addition. Only gripe, my sandwich was supposed to come with salad, but I asked for fruit thinking it was a substitution. It was not, basically a large cup of mixed fruits was almost $5 on top... would have liked to know it was an extra charge. Other than that, will keep this place in mind in the future. My wife and I recently went to Corner Table in Redwood City and loved it. I had the chicken croffle (so good--crispy and flavorful), and my wife had the CT Hash, which was hearty and really tasty. We sat outside with our dog, and the vibe was super relaxed and welcoming. Chef Wilbur even came out to say hi, which was such a nice touch--he was professional and inviting. The owners are truly special people, and you can tell they care about the food and the community. We go regularly! read more

Another brunch spot! Like many of the other reviews have mentioned, this seems to be another one of the Asian fusion brunch spots that have been popular in the past few years. However this place doesn't lean as heavily into that vein and isn't quite as instagrammable - just good food. This place is much more casual, you order at the cashier, get a number, and find a table. There's a decent amount of seating indoors and outdoors! Food came out reasonably quick considering it was a Sunday during brunch time. Soup: we had the daily soup which happened to be butternut squash! it was nice, but missing something, maybe salt? The cup was also slightly bigger than we expected, so glad we did not order the bowl. Bibimbap: this was good, i liked the mix of veg and that they use kimchi rice as the base! flavorful! The workers are incredibly friendly and attentive. The honeycomb latte was so pretty and fun, but it is so big and sweet that it should be shared with someone. The hot chicken sandwich was good but not as spicy as I would have liked. I would prefer the chicken to be more coated in sauce.
