Great find in Redwood City, and located in a plaza with plenty of parking which is always a huge bonus. Lots of outdoor seating with some being shaded, as well as seating indoors. I visited with my partner for lunch because the yelp pics were enticing ;) We ordered: - Honeycomb toffee latte: absolute perfection. Not too sweet unless you mix in all the generous honeycomb toffee like I did, because I like sweet lattes. I loved getting little chunks while drinking - Loco Moco: pretty good! It was not busy during dinner, but it was a weekday. It was happy hour when we went and we ordered the soju but the girl at the cash register almost charged us full price when we were ordering. She had to get a manager to help her ring it in, but we ended just getting their soju cocktail. The soju cocktail is just fresh soju and syrup and in comparison to other places, it's not super great. It tastes as you expect. I got the rose tteokbokki and it was missing that spice. Rose tteokbokki is not super spicy already but this had no spice at all. We ordered the CT Hash - very good , and the Keto plate - not as good (small dish). We had a lot of food envy as we saw all the Nashville hot chicken burgers - will have to try it next time!! You order at the counter and then find your seat, where they'll bring food to you. I ordered a Biscoff Croffle, CT Hash, and a honeycomb latte. The Biscoff Croffle had the right amount of sweetness and cream, also featuring Lotus Biscoff crackers on top. The Honeycomb Latte was a bit strong, but balanced out by the pieces of honeycomb once I mixed it into the drink. The hollandaise tasted very mayonnaisey , and some of the food was not that hot (some potato's were hot and others seemed to be a little look warm). Otherwise it was a good mix. Soup: we had the daily soup which happened to be butternut squash! it was nice, but missing something, maybe salt? I was disappointed because when I tasted it, I realized it tasted like instant ramen that you get at the Asian supermarket. And they just put soft tofu, some carrots and zucchini, and the shrimp and squid pieces into it. For $25 I should not expect to get instant ramen.
