The job was not done correctly and they re-done a few of the misplaced ceramic tiles. Now the tiles are un-even in areas and there are gaps between the tiles and the wall= no grout was applied. I had the tiles layed diagonally and the corner of one tile was just cut off and they laid the mis-cut tile anyway. They left the cut pieces of the tile scrap laying on my carport, leaving myself to clean up after them. I paid them in full before they attempted to correct the install; Now when I go and express my dissatisfaction with the job; I am told they don't remember since its been 2 weeks since the install. I told them I was disappointed with the service and told them any future purchases I make for flooring would not be from them. Instead of the "I am sorry, what can we do to help earn you back as a customer". They said o.k
