They repeatedly refused to give me Insurance info I have recordings of them refusing to give me Insurance info and promising to pay me if I get 3 estimates. (I wish I could post audio on here) I got 3 estimates, and they were alot *most of the damage was done to the doors from the inside, because the large table inside "rammed" the doors from the inside, and now they dont close well and rattle when driving, and those hinges are stupid expensive for some reason* Then i emailed estimates they forced me to get to Ed's and had to call several times. They gave me a runaround and kept saying they were busy.. Jason finally spoke with me today and was not helpful and kept talking over me, and kept saying they weren't going to pay that, and they still wouldn't give me Insurance info. He literally said "call the police then" I called the police, filed a report, not sure what will come of that but i am asking for help from the community, please help me get eds insurance so I can make a claim!! Also if anyone knows a good lawyer that will be fair with me send them my way, im lawyer shopping right now. Tommy said it was full of freon but he couldn't get the compressor to kick on. So I asked what do I owe him? Tommy the owner said it's $100. I paid him and left with the car in the same hot air as I came in. He said I need to find out why the compressor isn't working. So I took it to another mechanic. The new mechanic said Tommy couldn't have put frozen in it because the compressor has to kick on to take the freon. My compressor is burnt up and I got ripped off by Tommy. So I strongly advise don't go there for anything unless you just want to give money away!

The staff are laid back, but they'll get you taken care of. They're not going to be as fast as the drive thru places, but I feel like I can trust them to take care of my car more so than I do any other place, but I never ahve to wait too terribly long. They also keep my service record on file and know when it's time to rotate my tires when I come in for my oil changes. Word of advice, if you have a foreign car (especially a Volkswagen), call the day before to let them know you're coming so that they'll make sure they have your oil filter in stock, otherwise it might add another 30 minutes to your wait.

I have taken my car there for oil change and tire rotation and the cost was very reasonable. My father took his truck there for some air condition work. They did what they had to and advised my father he may need to get it worked on. We brought it back after a few days and James said that he would need work on it but it is not needed because we do not use the truck that much. He did not try and pressure my father into anything. He did this again with the transmission on the truck. He told my father what was wrong but he could keep driving it for a long while before it would have to be fixed. Really love this place because they do not pressure you into stuff you do not need. I will always take my car here.
