The first thing she is told is that Listerhill has NO History of her being a member, much less of her paying off a car loan last year, one and a half years early! Then they tell her she is.listed as a Foreign National, and her account is flagged as such! WTH? Anyway, even after going round and round with the employees, she is completely ignored. Until today. And they have the gall to send her a survey on her satisfaction! Well, she fills it out, and within an hour is contacted by email, from someone promising to send her a number to contact them to solve the problem, but, the promised email was never sent. It figures. Listerhill can't wait to throw money at folks that don't even have a SSN , but ignore good customers.
