The technician thoroughly evaluated my situation and discussed reasonable next steps. On the following Monday, a professional team from Eagle Pro arrived and within a few hours had carefully installed a new HVAC as well as cleaned and repaired the current ducts. And, now all is well!

Just updating my previous review, when the Techs were out at our house playing "Good cop Bad cop"…read morewith me, one of the Techs asked my wife what we were expecting to pay for the system, found this to be an odd question to ask the customer. When my wife replied, the Tech laughed at her. I should have kicked them out of the house right then and there. After 2 hours of the 2 techs poking around my system and them putting me on the phone with a sales rep, they refused to give me a quote until my wife was present, she was working at the time. Again I found this odd, my wife and I had decided by that point that even if they came in as the lowest bidder we were not using them. I still have not received any pricing from them, and we went with a local "Mom and Pop" company and got the system for the price Eagle Pros tech laughed at us about. I don't know who trains these guys to deal with customers, but they definitely need additional training. Wish I could give a "Zero" star.
