Kevin Comeau was extremely accommodating and a tremendous comfort during a very difficult time. He made the numerous decisions ahead of me very easy to navigate through. Before I knew it we had the frame work of honoring my Dad all laid out. The rest of his staff couldn't have been kinder to our Family throughout the course of our arrangements. Professionalism personified from start to finish. Having made most of the arrangements in advance I was told all I needed to do was pick up the phone when the time came. That phone call was met with a nearly immediate response with kindness and respect. It put into motion a wave of compassion and kind respect for my Dad and our Family. The Funeral Home we used for the rest of our Family has changed hands and left us disappointed. No such disappointments here. The home itself is a beautifully preserved old home that accommodated our needs perfectly. In conclusion I am very pleased with the service we received and will not hesitate for one second to use this Service again. This review represents reflections on what was a very sad turn of events for my Family. Making Funeral arrangements for someone you love is never easy but you can expect gentle, professional care if you make the right choice to come here. We were treated like Family and I have no doubt that you will be too.

Grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family and friends, were all trying to process the shock. In the middle of all of this, Mr. Kevin Comeau (and his associates), of Comeau Funeral Home became a steady, compassionate guide who truly walked beside us through every step. The care she received from EMS responders, hospital doctors, nurses, and hospice staff was beyond reproach. But when reality settled in with her final breath, her appearance reflected the starkness of physical death, and it was heartbreaking to think that this might be our last memory of her. Unsure of what to do next, we reached out for help. When we called Mr. Kevin Comeau of the Comeau Funeral Home for guidance, he immediately eased our minds. He assured us that once she was in his care, he would use his experience, empathy, and skill to restore a peaceful, dignified appearance so our family could say goodbye with comfort rather than distress. He delivered on that promise with extraordinary care. When we saw her again, she looked serene and at peace, a transformation that allowed us to begin healing. That single act of compassion set the tone for a beautiful, spiritual, and comforting wake, Mass, and interment. It meant everything to our family. Mr. Comeau's professionalism is exceptional, but it is his humanity that truly sets him apart. He supported us, guided us, and treated our loved one with the utmost respect. We are deeply grateful for the kindness he showed during one of the hardest weeks of our lives. Comeau Funeral Home and Mr. Kevin Comeau have our heartfelt thanks.

They will walk with you through the most difficult process with extreme comfort grace and genuine care, Thank you all for your most generous help and time during our loss. Sincerely Kathy G.

Being just a friend, all I could do was look on in shock and horror at the dark, dark, orange makeup, awkward positioning and seemingly no effort put into her hair. Burke moved the funeral home to Andover. The funeral home remained at that location until 1949 when they moved to our present location. Michael A. Burke died shortly afterwards at the age of 60. Michael and his wife Sarah had four children, three of which became licensed funeral directors. Garrett J. Burke, the oldest son, purchased the funeral home from his mother and operated the family business. The Burke Funeral Home was taken over by Garrett's son, Garry A. Burke in 1980 upon his death at age 62. In January of 2004, Garry A. Burke passed the Burke Funeral Home on to Joel J. and Lisa A. Magliozzi, and is now known as Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home. Garry A. Burke is still an active funeral director and a dedicated presence in the community. With three licensed funeral directors and embalmers on staff representing many years of service, we are able to provide tasteful, compassionate, and customized funeral services for each family we serve.
