Huge mistake. My time was brief, quite literally. I was there a day before I felt dread creep in and moved back out as quick as humanly possible. The entire ordeal lasted all of two weeks, my initial viewing hid the reality that it was gross, overrun with pests and would end up making me sick. I never signed a lease, they weren't available when I was and I needed to move in quickly. Turned out to be a bittersweet thing since I was happy to leave but my entire $1200 deposit was taken while I'm having to run the keys for drop off to a Huge swanky house the guy lived in that showed no signs he would tolerate living in the conditions he tried Fostering off on me! That and the drunk guy next door was his handyman who tried to come in after dark to start "working on things". Seriously? I couldn't begin to explain the situation as well as I'd like, to paint the full picture of not just my biased feelings did to standards and expectations but the overall experience I endured dealing with the individual and the property. I won't include specifics to the property address or the names of anyone involved to avoid "bashing" a person versus giving a review based on experience and options. Overall: A giant headache. And personally, after such a deceptive and uncaring, and cold first experience with a member of King Realtors, I can say I will NEVER in my lifetime allow anyone I know or meet to use this company when there are so many other options that won't get you screwed over and regretting that decision. Mind you this was Years ago (over 6) and I still have the urge to write ugly things on the real estate signs I pass to educate the passing masses what type of person their money is supporting. At one point, our floor was leaking water for a month and mushrooms were literally growing out off my cabinets. I called after a month of pleading for a repair, only to have the woman on the phone practically laugh at me and ask if I was done. Another time, our toilet was clogged for a week and a half. By the time they came, the issue resolved itself and they charged us for the visit! Eventually we just lived with the broken things because that was better than dealing with the company. I was miserable until the day we left having to deal with them. Even moving out, in showing our home to prospective clients, they made us feel unwelcome in the home we'd paid that month's rent for. Not to mention our deposit. We paid over $900 and they took over half of it and we worked hard to clean it. We are a military family. We respect other people's property and no how to take care of it. On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused.
