My place was at Victor South Apartments. It looks like an old extended stay hotel from the 50's-60's on a boiler system. Had issues from day one. My unit seemed like it was rushed to get rented. There were lines in the carpet from a carpet cleaner, but I bought a brand new vacuum cleaner when I moved in and vacuumed the whole apartment the first day. It filled the canister completely... Disgusting. The carpet should have already been removed. My front window has not locked and has clearly been broken into and you can lift the whole pane of glass right out of it and come in my unit since July 2020. They always say the new window is on order. Many many other things from cracked tile to not being able to scrub/clean my appliances due to them being covered in cheap appliance paint. Mold.,. The air system is screwed. So much moisture problems through the whole building. The closet in my bedroom that is right by the system had mild and ruined about $500 worth of things I had stored. Took them 1 1/2-2 years to fix that. In addition there is mold currently coming out of my living room vent. They keep telling me to clean it with some bleach.... Neglecting the fact that it must be a problem throughout the whole system. Use your brains people........ Who should I sue or talk to about this? In addition I get an 11 day notice to renew my lease with a rent increase or to give my 30 day notice. I'm pretty sure the minimum notice is supposed to be 30 days. Now I get a text that a reminder I need to be out in 11 days. Fine, I'm trying to figure it out, but explain it to my 3 year old you slumlords...... I will add many many photos as soon as I can. I have to get off here to attend to my child

We are out-of-area owners (or were) and we really needed someone who would step in and take care of the escrow process when we could not be there. Barbara was always available and always helpful and ALWAYS went over and above what we would have expected from a realtor. What made the difference for us was her knowledge about the Diamond Bar market and the sales history for our product. It inspired us with confidence in selecting her to represent our property and to get us the best price (truly market value) so everyone was pleased (meaning both buyer and seller) with the sale. Her positive attitude was a real plus and getting the property sold very quickly pleased everyone

I was referred to Tina and Ryan through Tulsa Remote but unlike others it was also direct referral from a Mutual friend/client in addition to all the good things that were mentioned from other T.R. members. I'm Originally from Miami, FL. Lived in the Bay area for a decade and have traveled quiet a bit so when I decided to checkout Tulsa, I knew right away that I wanted to buy a home. During my initial visit to Tulsa, we had an informal meeting and viewed a few places that I wasn't interested on. Shock their hands, went back home and told them I would be back in 3-4 months. A few weeks later Tina called me near Christmas time and she had found what I was looking for, I jumped on a flight back to Tulsa to checkout the place and gave them the Thumbs up. This is where things got difficult and closing got postponed several times due to the seller but Tina and Ryan showed their expertise and poised and handle it amazingly. Proved me why as my Real State team truly had their best interest in me. I will leave you with one example: At the time of closing , before I had even moved to Tulsa. They did their final walkthrough of the home and found it had a leak due to frozen pipes and a running meter. I don't think any other realtor would of realized and closed the sale without notifying the client. Because of their due diligence, She was able to renegotiate and save me lots of $ and headaches. This and the rest of other not typical very uncommon seller proceeding showed me how good and dedicated they are as a real state team. Can't recommend them enough, specially if you're buying from outside of Tulsa.

Pamela really stood by me in the buying process and I would recommend her immediately, here's why: First, Pamela was willing to go at *my speed*. I had plenty of time to find a house (no rush on my current apt lease) and I did not want a pushy salesperson who would pressure me into an immediate pre-approval. Pamela and her assistant Colton found a great house! She is so easy to talk to that you want to go ahead with whatever suggestion she may throw your way; I did decide to use her trusted lender. I also checked out another lender, I got worried about things, I was excited, I was nervous... No matter what came up or what questions I had, Pamela and her team were ready to find a good solution. I felt that Pamela was truly on my team and looked out for my best interests, including when she had to remind me of my budget and bring me down from higher prices early on. She helped me get quick answers, particularly to my most important questions. We close tomorrow and I am very satisfied with my decision to work with Pamela Nichols. As a client, you will be well looked after. You should bring homes you want to look at to the table to help her get an idea of what you like. I'm glad she found the house for me!
