I have always gone through JoAnn when I purchase.. my last realtor Nancy finally retired (which…read morebummed me out), but I was able to find her and she referred me to a new realtor in their office by the name of Merilyn. She was such a great realtor! When she was out of state on vacation, she would email me and call me with listings. She would just call to see how the sale of my house was going and wanted to keep my up to date with homes in the area. She was very sweet, very honest and she was actually in it to help me as a buyer. I wouldn't use another realty company and unless she plans on retiring soon, she will always be my agent!
