I've used this company twice now. The first time was a couple years ago when we were transferring a…read moretitle of a car and my experience was great. This time, however, it has taken multiple calls, over 10 days and I still don't have new plate and registration. Every time I call, I feel like I have to remind her of the situation. How many title transfers have you had in the last week that involved succession paperwork and death certificate that you can't remember? She hasn't been present during advertised work hours and doesn't call back when she says she would. I've lost total confidence that she hasn't lost the original title and don't know when I'll get my plate. Should have saved the $20 for the fee for them to do it and gone to wait at DMV myself. It's been over a year and a half since the flood, so you really can't continue to blame it for bad origination and forgetfulness. If you need notary paperwork alone, you should be okay, but I would go wait in line at the DMV to get your plate.

I've been a client of Ryan Rayburn's State Farm agency for over 10 years, and I can honestly say…read morethey've become like family to me. Ryan, Miss Karen, and Andrew create such a warm, cozy environment that walking into their office feels like coming home. What sets this agency apart is their genuine care and responsiveness. No matter what questions I have, they always have answers. They return calls promptly and never make you feel like you're bothering them - even with the smallest concerns. But what truly demonstrates Ryan's character goes beyond insurance. As a fellow veteran, Ryan took a personal interest when my father, also a veteran, was sick. He went above and beyond to help me navigate the Veterans Affairs system to get my father the services he needed. Even though my father passed before receiving that help, Ryan remained 100% committed throughout the process. Over a year later, Ryan continues to offer his support and assistance with VA services - that's the kind of person he is. I thank Ryan and all veterans for their service to our country. Ryan and his team don't just sell insurance policies; they build relationships and genuinely care about their clients' lives. Over the years, they've guided me through various coverage needs with patience and expertise. Whether it's home, auto, life, or business insurance, they take the time to ensure I understand my options and feel confident in my decisions. If you're looking for an insurance agency where you're treated like family, not just a policy number, Ryan Rayburn's office in Prairieville is the place to go. I'm proud to be part of this great family! Inea Bowie
