Then after that, he tells me something else is wrong with my truck so I take it to my mechanic (because my mechanic doesn't do exhaust) my mechanic checks it out and he says there's nothing wrong so I don't know what he's talking about." They sold me a 4 pin instead what should have been a 7 pin light hook up even after informing them I am pulling a pop up tent trailer! They also charged me for a 2 inch ball and attachment that I never received. Had to buy it off of St. Thomas guy. They rarely answer the phone do I can voice my concerns. He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done. I do wish that they had longer hours.
