This morning, there was an older gentleman in the gym. He had memory issues: I met him once, but he met me five times. I noticed the owner subtly keeping an eye on him. When he finished his workout, the owner asked the gentleman's permission to call his daughter, then escorted him out. He did this respectfully and in a caring manner. When one of the other patrons mentioned it, the owner talked about the gentleman with as much respect and care as he'd demonstrated earlier. Honestly, the whole thing was so wholesome that I got choked up in the middle of my set. TL;DR: Great gym. Absolutely outstanding owner. Six, eight, ten stars.

This was literally the first time I was contacted even though the owner says I was contacted 3 times prior. She said they must not have my correct information, but yet she was able to contact me??? So how then could they have contacted me 3 times. It is absolutely ludicrous. Not surprising though, I did a little research on the owners. Young, inexperienced, and clearly ill mannered with no professional business knowledge.
