Jocie reviewed all of the mechanic's notes from the dealership, found the actual issue that was causing our check engine light to come on, printed out the mechanic's bulletin for how to fix the issue our car was having, showed us what the dealership did incorrectly, and even gave us a script of how to talk to the dealership shop manager.
