Turns out the RPZ valve had burst and water was running everywhere for a day or so. Kristen called several plumbers and due to weather conditions couldn't commit to getting out today, January 4th. I had shut off the above ground valves to the RPZ and water was still shooting out. Seth, Owner, at Pipeline Plumbing was working feverishly and had Eric respond to Kristen's home. Eric was quick to assess the problem and resolved it in short order. He was as professional, knowledgeable and efficient a representative of his company as a boss could want. As an aside, one of the "other " plumbers who didn't know when he might get out told Kristen she needed to make up her mind on which plumber she wanted.
