Luckily, there were 6 tellers & 3 working at desks and one at an information desk. We, normally, do everything online so I haven't been in a bank in ages. And after seeing the line, it will be a while again. I'm not a fan of BoA. But I have had one account and a credit card that I have had for about 30 years so we keep it for emergencies or when we plan to make a big purchase in a place where we can't get to our regular Chase bank. The bank name has changed names 3 times in 7 years. I have had multiple problems with notifications…read morein which automatic payments come out, creating a negative balance. I have paperless notifications, text notifications and the app that allows notifications. When an overdraft occurs, I get no text, no email, no notifications on the app. I get a daily $5 overdraft charge. I get phone calls concerning possible fraud when I use my card but no notification when I can get charged $5 daily. I have tried to close my account over the phone because I moved 2 hours away but was told I needed to come in to close my account. Today I closed my account but I had to pay $95 in overdraft fees . This is a non-ethical bank.

I ended up 168$ in the hole and my paycheck was 184. I won't have money for gas or groceries for two weeks. As if that wasn't bad enough I can't even close my account once I've paid the debt off. I have to drive to el centro from San Diego , to one of their few locations that will probably charge me $ to close the account with their nightmare of a bank. We got to take a tour of the Food Bank the other day, and it's beautiful and well-organized, with a lot more amenities than you'd expect. There's a beautiful clean warehouse and freezers, with high volume rolling pallet racks, as well as a separate area for personally donated items. They have a large training kitchen that's used for food preparation and safety classes. There's outdoor space for education and events, as well as some grow areas for fruits and vegetables. Everything is well-organized and well-labeled. The staff is super friendly. I'm not sure this place needs a review - it's not the sort of place you'd come to shop - but it's a great organization and it deserves your support!

It should not have taken him an hour. All our information was already in the computers. Not sure what took so long. No bathrooms, had to leave and run to McDonalds. Free parking. Nice employees. No free coffee like some banks.
