He came out and showed how the hose must have switched it. How would he instantly know the hose would switch it if this hasn't happened before? He refused to refund the difference and kept saying it's not his fault. While we were still talking to him, he just started walking away and kept saying "it's not my fault" and "I know my machines". Yes of course you know your machines, he knew instantly what the problem was! Terrible customer service. We will not come again.

Its now BP as most of the independent stations on Middle Country Road have been bought out, this…read moreplaces claim to fame though is that they are FULL service as opposed to the others that stopped offering full service. There is no surcharge for the full service and the now standard $0.10 upcharge for credit cards which they take. Staff is friendly - they must take your credit card back to the office to run it as the pumps do not take credit cards the plus is that you don't need to remember your zip code for the credit card you are using, also since they do not "authorize" your card in advance you will not have (more for debit card uses) a significant hold placed on your account what you pump is what you pay the downside is that your card is out of your control and vision. Keep tabs on your statement and you will be fine. They only have 4 pumps, which means only 8 cars but a nice large parking lot and they also have a convenience store on premise which I have not enter and will review at another time.
