My initial session was with Luke and Sabrina where they were very in depth about my history and came up with a work out plan that would benefit me. Sabrina was a student, and Luke definitely took her under his tutelage and it showed with her jumping right in. I've worked with PT Nikki a number of sessions and she was absolutely fantastic. Attentive to my needs and catered the exercises to get me back to good. Debbie and Rachel at the front desk were always very welcoming, and very communicative with me. Sat in the lobby for almost an hour past my appointment time while they helped at least a half dozen people who had walked in after me. At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Gigi did a thorough examination of my shoulder area measuring range of movement and strength. I saw her a total of six times, followed her exercise regime which changed as improvement was noted and I finished with laser treatment. She asked me to trust the process and after 7-8 weeks, my issue was greatly improved to the point that I am fully back to tennis. At every visit, Gigi used measurements to inform both her treatment and recommended home exercises. I have maintenance exercises that I will continue to do to avoid re-injury.
