THIS PLACE IS NOT KOREAN BUT STILL DELICIOUS
The concept of grilling meat in front of you is, I admit, Korean, but that's where the similarity ends. First of all, the restaurant had Japan inspired decorations on the walls. The buffet itself boasted a variety of Asian foods, of which only the kimchi was Korean. There was shrimp dim sum, and though it was delicious, it was most definitely not Korean. Aside from the ethnically confused food, the experience was overall pretty nice.
If I'd just gone to the restaurant and ignored the big "Coréen" sign, I'd definitely have loved this place. Everything was delicious save, ironically, the beef. It was thinly sliced but nonetheless tough, and not very flavorful as it lacked marination. You could also grill vegetables, chicken, shrimp, and squid, all of which were very tender and tasty. (The beef could have potentially been too tough because my friend and I left it on the grill too long...)
The buffet options seemed mainly Chinese-inspired, and it was all very delicious. There were also plenty of dessert options, which is always a plus. The house-made green tea cake and the lychee were my favorites .For a very satisfying Asian buffet on a weekday, I'd say this place is well worth the €16.
