We accept there might have been a (minor) language barrier....... and considering the eyerolls, snort, tuts, sighs and not-so-discrete teeth sucking clearly we needed to speak "moody cow" to deal with the hormones. But you know sometimes in life shit happens , and its unfair to be too hard to somebody just out of just one incident so since i need to print new business cards and they are close to my business , i thought why not , let's give them a second chance , maybe i overreacted out of the stress i has building my business . Well , guess what , they proved me wrong for the second time . This morning i went there to pick up a test print and see how it looks , and there is this guy ( i think the owner ) , and starts nagging in an arrogant style about my bad review , and that he has A LOT of customers and i dont have to do business with them . i tried to explain that i'm giving them a second chance to see , maybe i was wrong , and i replied that if you want extra customers its fine and so i extend my hand with the test print and see his reaction . Bottom line , he took the test print out of my hand and i just left . i dont really know why they act like this and why they have this attitude but there is no more chances . the most important thing in my business are my clients , but REALLY . even sometimes when clients behave stupidly , i'm still trying to be diplomatic and polite for the shake of my business . i have nothing personal with them , it just that every time i go there as a client , i leave frustrated and with a bitter taste . i wont go back for sure !

I recently more often have to print homework in in color on A3, so I was looking for a trustworthy…read moreplace to do that. First I tried Orange Copy House. It got into my mind because every time I passed by, the orange letters on the facade were screaming at me. Quite remarkable. When I entered I walked up to the desk. There were some customers around and the guy behind the desk was helping one of them. When he came back I wasn't sure whether he had finished, since he was walking up and down doing stuff. He said hi but then he was ignoring me. After a while I asked if I could get served and he seemed to be surprised and claimed that he had thought that I was here together with one of the other customers (that had entered the shop later than me, accompanied by a woman)... Yeah, very attentive. I had sent the files per e-mail. Since this is a copy shop I thought they surely have Adobe InDesign, even if it's a very old crappy version. Rignt? Wrong. Maybe I'm just expecting too much. I didn't have any time left so I had to accept to print the bad quality low resolution JPGs that I created as a preview. For 4 sheets of A3 prints I paid around €5. And this was including a discount. I don't think I'll visit this shop again.

I went to this photo shop for several reasons. 1. To take care of my Dutch Passport photos. 2. To buy a few photo frames for the house. 3. Print some photos. And the final was to look for a poster frame. I accomplished three of my task. The final one I was unsuccessful because their poster frames were no bigger then 50x70. For me it's all about customer service.... If the customer service is not good then I refuse to patronize their business. I was happy to say the customer service here was commendable. This quick print store here is very professional and offers a low-priced photo printing service with several printing options and a variety of features. The print quality is consistent and the pictures are printed beautifully. The pictures are ready at a reasonable time frame. It was such a treat to print my pictures here. I forgot what it felt like to print pictures and pick them up at the photo shop. It was kind of exciting to open the envelope and browse through my pictures before I placed them in the photo album or mailed them off to family. It's unfortunate that people don't go to the photo shop often anymore and print their photos. Everyone just downloads it on their computer and adds it to social websites like Flicks or Picasso. How impersonal is that? Printing pictures are personal and precious memories to treasure for a life time. Thanks I appreciated your great service and quality products.
