I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Our unit flooded due to the rain and maintenance was on it at 8am sharp. Our lease was supposed to end in October and we already filled out the 60 day notice but the office ladies were nice enough to take the time to help us renew our lease even though technically it was too late. 10/10 great customer service. read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. We were told our pet deposit was paid and only $5 was added onto rent. We paid. A month later we get a note saying we owe $12 extra dollars for the deposit; but also on that note it's saying it's now a $20 add on to our rent. Not only can they call us when there's a price change but they can't do math either. We had a friend come and move in and she was putting her name on the lease: she has a one year old and is pregnant. Management told her she had 2 weeks to get out and find a place to stay. We have given management money for a replacement key and this was 3 months ago, we have no key. Later on, I find out that there are several felons living here but when I talked to the management about it, they had no idea what I was talking about. I talked to a probation officer; there's 7 living here. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Dirty run down apartments run by a terrible management company in a high crime area. Let me give you the highlights of our first week. Day 1 we show up and the management company had forgotten to have our apartment cleaned after the last tenants moved out. Day 3 our Motorcycle was stolen. Day 7 the stairs leading up to our second story apartment collapsed under me while I was carrying my son! I could go on, but I hope you find a better place to live. read more

My boyfriend and I lived there for a year. We kept the apartment clean. When we moved out we cleaned it spotless. We paid $400 in refundable deposits and assumed we would get it back. I just got my refund today. It was $50. When I called to ask about it they said they had to pay $200 for a deep clean and $150 for the carpets to be cleaned. I find this absolutely ridiculously. When I moved in the apartment wasn't as clean as I left it. The apartments are 25 years old and literally falling apart. When I moved in I had to move the stove and refrigerator to clean under them. There was at least an inch of dirt, grease, food, and trash under them. So if they are paying people to "deep clean" they are getting ripped off. Especially since I have seen the apartment manager cleaning other apartments himself. read more

I would defiantly recommend NOT living here. First off we were not able to see the apartment before we moved in, because we were coming from out of state, but the pictures seemed decent and management seemed to be helpful, but once we got there, signed our lease papers management gave us our keys and said we are good to go; we got into the apartment and NOTHING was cleaned, it was disgusting! After talking to the leasing office they had said that it looked fine when they walked through, (NOT). Carpet was nasty, mirrors, blinds, everything needed to be cleaned. Took them a few hours to clean and they still never touched the blinds. I had to wait until the next day for them to clean the carpet, because the office never told them the carpet needed to be cleaned, which meant it had to be done when all of our furniture was already moved in. After the cleaning lady was done cleaning the carpet she had said that they will have to come back and clean it again, because of how bad it was. They never came back to clean the carpet, because management said that I never paid a cleaning fee. And just FYI they do not hire a professional carpet cleaning company, they just have there usual cleaning company do it with their vacuum/ carpet cleaner. Within the first week of living in the apartment we've had our motorcycle stolen and one of the cement stairs that we have to step on each time we walk up to our apartment had collapsed right under my husband. He was caring my baby in the car seat as well, so luckily neither of them got hurt or we would have sued them. I've now been here for 2 months and I've had to have maintenance over at least 8 times to have things fixed. They also just told me that they never charged me for my application fee and only charged my husband, so 2 months in their making me pay for my application fee, which we never knew that we needed to pay in the first place. This is the worst apartment complex I've lived in, so luckily I wont be with them long term, because of my short term lease. read more

I lived there in a short term lease. Only a few months and was barely ever there., and everything was fine until after I moved out. I cleaned the apartment spotless and had my friend come in and shampoo the carpets. Everything looked perfect and spotless. But they still took my whole deposit. They stated there was a $200 administration fee, and since I did not have a receipt that it was professionally cleaned they still charged me another $200. This is a decent place to live but they charge ridiculous fees for no reason. There are other housing complexes in Kingman around the same price. I'd look elsewhere. read more

I stayed at the Copper Ridge Apartments for a year. A new management took over while I was there called US Residential. When I left, my daughter and I spent a full 3 days making sure everything was clean and taken care of. At the walk-through on the day we left, we were told that the apartment was perfect and we would receive our entire deposit within 2-3 weeks. It has been over 2 months and took me calling multiple times to get a check and the check received was way less than the actual deposit. Also they put small children in the upper level; apartments and the noise level is terrible - but they don't do anything about it. They also chased out all the low income assisted people. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

When we had an apt. Fire in our building, the whole building was red tagged. Everyone had to get motel rooms for the night...they promised they would refund me if I showed them the motel receipt, which I did..now over a year later they are still refusing to refund that stay. Also when I moved out, joey, a maintenance man and I did a final walk through, he said everything looked fine..over year later, still waiting to get security deposit back. Plus no stains or pet damage. I totally regret living here, lies all lies!!! read more

Nice apartments and outstanding customer service provided by leasing office. The property manager, Ryan, was always nice and helpful. Great maintenance crew. I would definitely recommend living here. read more
