UPDATE:
Went back again the next day. And apparently they had "run out of bikes" for the day. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to come back more than TWICE during their regular business hours. I had made my reservation to start days ago. I am utterly livid at this, trying one last time tomorrow, if they don't have my bike, I will need to demand a refund because this is absurd and an utter waste of my time.
Might update this review if service improves tomorrow but... Went there to pick up a bike earlier. Had already made a reservation and prepaid online. I got there about 20 minutes before closing and there were two to three people there waiting. The person working didn't say anything to me so I waited in line, like anyone would. A few people came in after but they were turned away since the shop was closing soon. Didn't think anything of it, I thought maybe I came right on time. There were 3 other customers who came to drop off bikes and/or repair and he served them first. I waited. I was thinking, alright fine I'll wait a bit longer I just wanted to get this bike honestly. When he was confirming the person ahead, whom I knew and were talking to, I had said "I need a bicycle too" just in case he didn't know. And it was only at THAT point, when he told me I would have to come back tomorrow since they are closing.

Okay. I understand that you're closing but you should NOT have let me wait 20+ minutes in the first place then, JUST to tell me I couldn't get my bike?!? And if he hadn't serviced the 3 people that came in AFTER me, then honestly, he would've had ample time to serve me and give me my bike as well. I was appalled by this negligent service and because of this, I could not bike back home (6 miles away) and had to seek other means.
I will be going back tomorrow. HOPEFULLY the service will be better but honestly, I'm not holding out any hope. My only regret is that I should have booked with a different company in the first place. read more
