Tucson Biofeedback - Anna Marie Blessing, B.MSc going over a Biofeedback Health Report with a client.

She has a lot of her own healing to do. By the way, her doctorate is from the University of Sedona, so she's not a typical doctor, that's why she put her practice under a ministry. In my opinion, there are far better options available for those looking to heal. Unless you're excited to spend over $11,000+ for minimum results, look elsewhere. Long version: I had a weird feeling about her from the beginning, but I ignored my intuition about her because she said that she's the person everyone goes to when they've tried everything else and have exhausted all other resources. She makes miracles happen. She can be very convincing, and if you're desperate to improve your health, you're her perfect target. We had our 15-minute free call where I told her all the issues I needed help with and she was very aware of my full situation. I then paid $2200.00, which is her in-person consultation fee. That should've been a red flag right there. Who charges $2200.00 for a consultation? She made it sound like she was going to use these really high level machines and that's why she charges so much for a consult. The consultation doesn't use any high-level machines. They are pretty basic. So after $2200.00 for a consultation, her premium package if you're getting FSM and LENS biofeedback is $8995.00 It comes with an overpriced water bottle that is supposed to hydrate you at a cellular level. The bottle is from the network marketing company OlyLife, and the Hertz vibration plate that she includes in her package is also from OlyLife. She is affiliated with different network marketing companies. You can't take those products off of the purchasing price of her packages. It comes with it. She then had a lower package of $2995.00 which I chose. Fast forward to my 2nd-to-last session with her. I walked into her office that day, and her demeanor changed because she thought all of my sessions were completed with her. She got very cold, as if now that my sessions were over, she didn't need to act nice to me anymore. Her fake mask fell off. I reminded her, No, I still have one more session left. I told her that I hadn't felt any tangible results, and all of my symptoms I came in with were still the same. She then told me that I had purchased the starter package and most people don't see results with that. That package is only to test her services. So I paid $2995.00 to test services? What a joke. Be mindful that once you sign up with her, she will recommend different supplements to you and products to purchase. They will have affiliate links attached to the links she provides you with, so she can suck as much money out of you as she can. If you do sign up with her, remove her affiliate code from the URL link before you buy the product. She never told me in advance that she would get paid through the affiliate links she gave me, which is unethical. There should've been a disclosure or a heads up to let me know. I went to her for healing and instead she gaslight me and caused chaos. If I could do it all over again, I would've paid attention to the red flags from the beginning.

Rachel helped us recognize past hurts that each of us had been holding on to, and guided us through how to help let them go and begin to heal. Her knowledge of Imago therapy was extensive and incredibly effective in helping my husband and me learn new tools to help navigate tough situations. Our meetings were mostly via ZOOM which was just as effective as meeting in person. I honestly feel like we are both new people, and we have fallen in love with one another all over again. She seriously changed our lives. ***I CANNOT RECOMMEND RACHEL GELBIN ENOUGH!!!!***

When I first started seeing her, I was going through a pretty serious relationship crisis and needed support. For the first six months I met with her frequently, then weekly for a while, and for the past five years or so I've seen her monthly. It's reassuring to know that if something comes up I can always increase the frequency. Rachel is an incredibly thoughtful therapist. She remembers an impressive amount from past conversations and often brings up insights from years earlier that help put current situations into perspective. She also has a very calm presence, which makes it much easier to talk through difficult issues. What I appreciate most about her approach is that she doesn't tell you what decisions to make. Instead, she asks the right questions and encourages you to look at things from different angles so you can make better decisions for yourself. Over time that process builds a lot of self awareness. When I first began seeing Rachel our sessions were in person. Since 2020 we have met exclusively over Zoom, and I can honestly say the sessions are just as effective. She is extremely attentive and engaged, and the convenience of Zoom actually makes it easier to stay consistent. The biggest change I've seen over the years is in my relationships. My relationship with my partner, my family members, and even people at work has improved significantly. I feel like I communicate better, react less impulsively, and approach difficult conversations in a much healthier way. Another thing I value is that I can talk to Rachel about almost anything. She listens without judgment and helps me think things through in a constructive way. For anyone looking for a therapist who will challenge you thoughtfully while also providing a steady and supportive presence, I would highly recommend Rachel. Looking back over the past decade, working with Rachel has been one of the best decisions I've made for my personal growth and relationships.

I had never seen a therapist, and I didn't believe it could make that big of a difference. We hit it off immediately. I felt so comfortable with her and I relaxed into our sessions quite quickly- actually to the point of really looking forward to and being excited about going to see her. She is an incredibly kind, understanding, warm person with so much to offer. I could definitely tell that she was customizing my sessions based on my needs and she was so flexible in terms of catering to what she thought would help me the most. Our time together really just felt like conversations, and she has a way of saying things that makes therapy seem so relaxing and safe. Her style makes ideas click in my head, and her use of visualizations and metaphors worked so well for me. During every single one of our sessions, I felt like she was just helping me learn to help myself. I never felt like I was the "client" and she was the "therapist", but she was just a regular person who was on my side and had my very best interests in mind. She helped me see how truly valuable therapy can be, and now I think that everyone should try it at some point in their lives- no matter what they are going through or what stage of life they are in. The skills she's given me have already helped me more than I ever imagined they could, and they will continue to help me and allow me to grow for the rest of my life. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking help. I can't say enough positive things about Rosie, and I'm so very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I plan to keep in touch with her for years to come. -AB

Taken aback I said "of course not". He then stated that my behavior indicated that I was "under the influence of an intoxicating substance". I was not and told him so. He persisted and persisted as the situation became more and more absurd. I was experiencing significant anxiety as a result of repeated accusation and his unwillingness to let me speak. Note that I see him for treatment of anxiety. He asked me (I am a nurse clinician) what I would do if believed a patient was exhibiting signs of substance intoxication. I stated that I would make certain the patient was OK and would not let him or her drive. He gave me a gotcha kind of smirk and said "you didn't drive". He then held his hand up as if holding a small container and told me to go get a urine drug screen. At this point I felt like Alice falling down the rabbit hole into crazyland, grabbed my things and left. I have no idea what behaviors he was referring to and didn't ask
