Helpful and friendly staff. General manager, Kyle Dalton, helped me with all my questions. Would do business there again.

Looking, comparing and analyzing vehicals made easy with a collage of pictures, a video walk around and virtual test drive. You get a pretty good sense of the vehical and its discrepencies. Create a watch list, check your my offers list and purchases you made. you can keep track of multiple vehicals at a time. To Finalize your purchase select the hassel free dilivery and have it delivered right to your front door. Easy Peasy. I want to do it again next tuesday. Have to get passed the wife first. Ha!!

BUYER BEWARE! Twin Cities Auctions is a terrible place to purchase a vehicle. The website says…read more"professional inspectors", but they don't even check any fluids but the oil! They only check the oil to take a picture of it on the dipstick. One of their own employees, Megan, said the inspections are not done by mechanics. What does "professional" mean when inspecting a vehicle? I believe most people would think that would mean a qualified mechanic. My daughter bought a vehicle and drove it home about 150 miles one way. She drove it around to show her Grandparents. She was proud of purchasing her first vehicle. Then I drove it and noticed the shudder. We drove it back and forth to the mechanic a few times. We drove it a total of 450 miles. The transmission needs to be replaced! She had the vehicle 4 days! The auto shop that checked it out said that the transmission was over a quart low on fluid. He said it could not have leaked a quart in 4 days. I called and was told it was outside the 72 hour window for consideration. The 72 hour limit is not on their website or in any paperwork you sign. We picked the vehicle up on a Friday and Saturday and Sunday are included in the 72 hours. They are not even open these days! I emailed them asking for copies of all paperwork that I e-signed - still waiting. I called and twice I was told we will call you back later today or tomorrow. It did not happen, I had to call them back. They even misrepresented the vehicle as AWD, but it was 4WD. Still, absolutely no way to mediate the issues. They got my daughter's money and are satisfied. I explained to them she is home from college and worked all summer, over 400 hours at her current wage. Still, Twin Cities Auctions is satisfied with the deal that was made. Beware, Twin Cities Auctions is not considered a dealer, so they do not have to abide by dealer laws. They talk about "unwinding" the deal, but then send you form letters via email a couple of days later saying "I know this is not the result you would have liked". I don't know how anyone could work at a place like this. DO NOT BUY!
