This is an addition to my previous review of Copa. After installing and charging me for two (2) carburetors, the cart was still spewing out gasoline. So I had A-1 Golf Carts pick up my cart for repairs. It turns out that it had a WRONG carburetor installed by Copa. And the hoses were the wrong size. Terrible customer service! Had our cart in for general maintenance, and they said it needed a part for the brakes. 6 weeks later still didn't have it back. owners avoided calls, kept giving us the run around. Finally able to have cart delivered back to our house and new part was never installed. NOTHING was done! read more

Used Copa when they were in Sun Lakes, so when they moved to Casa Grande, we decided to have them fix a problem with battery and paint our wheels, and get new tires. They picked up the cart, but had a delay on the work, but we understood because it was a busy time of year. Cart was eventually returned to us with a broken pedal and a different battery charger. A few days later, they brought the charger back and repaired the pedal. Had issue on and off with the cart holding a charge, but never thought it would be the batteries. Opened the cart (six months later) and the batteries were marked 2010. They insisted on returning the cart (another 2 week delay) even though I sent pictures of the code. Refused to just bring batteries to our home and exchange them (supposedly under warranty). I didn't want to let the cart out of our sight since we had such a bad experience, and they wouldn't accommodate us, so decided to go elsewhere. No warranty papers were given to us, so we are out over $900. read more

If there was a zero, I would give that to them. I have been trying to make contact with them by both telephone and email for several days and have gotten zero response. No callback or answers to my email. I don't know how they stay in business if they don't answer a phone. maybe that's it----out of business??? read more

We have purchase 2 Star golf cart from Copa, when they were in Sun Lakes their service was good, since they have moved to Casa Grande, the service has gone downhill. Chris never returns phone calls. They had my cart in May to fix the rubber grommet on front windshield, replace the defective LED side mirror and repair the USB port which they did not fix on the prior visit. On 6/1/22 Gary returned the cart and the invoice said "Need to order special brake light pad assembly from factory. Will call when parts are in". That was on 6/1/22 and I have called left messages, sent emails and also left messages with Gary and Chris's wife and Chris has yet to call me back and today is 9/19/22. The grommet that they put on the windshield looks like they took it out of the trash, and it doesn't match the one on the other side. There was glue all over the windshield it was a very sloppy job, I had to trim the glue myself. Chris is not very reliable or honest, after being a loyal customer when he was in Sun Lakes for several years, I would not recommend Copa, they don't care about their customers, and they have quite a few of unhappy ones in Sun Lakes. I'm not even sure they are still in business since you leave messages and never get a call back. Tried calling, but just got a recording to leave a message. Just found out that they moved to Casa Grande, so no chance to stop by and check on the cart. Be cautious renting golf carts from Copa Golf Carts! In November I rented 2 golf carts two weeks in advance in order to shuttle guests around a church festival event. I called and spoke with Tracy who is very professional over the phone. Tracy confirmed my reservation. The day prior to my event I called to confirm delivery and they had misplaced my reservation. I received a text from Will, the owner, who informed me the only cart in their inventory had a broken axel. Copa offered no solution. When I expressed concern to Will over text he did not reply. For some reason, I decided to give them another shot for an event I was hosting this past week. They delivered a cart that died within 10 minutes. I called Chris to share this information and get a refund to which he responded by hanging up on me. Chris followed up with an email that read, "due to the cost involving the preparation of a vehicle and total time of delivering and picking up of the vehicle. We do not do refunds on any one day rentals." This was their exact response to refund inquiries for dead carts. I have never left anyone a bad review and always opt to vote with my dollars, however, in this instance I feel it is very important to offer anyone considering renting from Copa a warning. read more
